My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a personable individual that enjoys conversation. I find it easy to talk to people. I’ve been an avid runner for 22 years. While I would enjoy a having someone to run with I’m not looking for a workout partner. There is a little bit of a free spirit side to me. I have camping equipment that yearns to be used, but let’s be real, mostly ideal conditions. I find humor easily and I’m a half full glass kind of guy. I keep busy with self projects of self improvement. I find art relaxing and enjoy the process of creating unique peaces. I also fiddle around with the guitar, while I’m not going to be a rock star soon, it is nice when I achieve something. I enjoy the spoken word: audio books, podcast...

I'm originally from El Paso, moved here 91. I remember being here for the premier of Slacker at the Dobie theater. I remember thinking who are these people and how different the film was. And, soon I found that I didn’t want to move anywhere else and that I had what I needed....
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Work wise I'm using my computer science degree on screen reader technology. Just a thought, you know, screen readers are not that funny, they sound very monotone. Enjoying coffee in the mornings, singing in the shower, cooking, enjoying time with friends, telling stories and making people laugh.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm good at a number of things like fixing stuff, figuring out three math, figuring out three dimensional objects and dancing in the kitchen.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books👓: All the Light We Cannot See, The City not Long After, Life of Pi, Ghost in the Wire, The Alchemist. Anything by Neil Gaiman. And I really enjoy stories of survival.

Podcast📻: Invisibilia, Waitwait..., 99% invisible, Raidolab, Moth Radio Hour, Everything Sounds, Stuff you missed in History Class, Risk...

Bands🎸: It's Random all over the place, Arctic Monkeys, The Budos Band, Empire of the Sun, Gary Clark, Pink Floyd, Electra Lane
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coffee in the morning
Laughing with family and friends
Food, real food
Running shoes or biking with music
Learning: like playing the guitar
A good night sleep.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Of course stars, galaxies and other hot celestial bodies... No really, I love astronomy. I find it amazing that we are made out of stardust. Yes, I do find it amazing that the iron that runs thru our blood came from the core of an exploding star.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
It's open to listening to music, going over to a friend's house, making dinner, watching a movie, going out to dinner/drinks... Whatever I'm doing, I hope that I'm laughing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Besides the obvious, I'm not in to cable or sports. I prefer an experience that is a chance discovery and you are not going to get that watching the telly.
