My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a friendly, outgoing, caring, and ambitious guy, and I love to surround myself with interesting, multifaceted, and creative people. My career track has been rather non-linear, partly because I'm passionate about a diverse range of professions and fields. I love to learn and see new places, and traveling is ultimately what I would like to spend a lot of my time doing.

As far as dating goes, I'm not sure that I have a 'type.' I do have preferences, however. I like educated, liberal, and extroverted guys who are generally in shape and out of the closet. Republicans will be blocked immediately, so don't bother ;)

I sometimes give the wrong impression to guys the first time that I meet them. It could just be my own awkwardness or a tendency by some to "categorize" me, but I will sometimes hear, "I liked you so much more the second time we met." Anyway, I won't make flash judgements about you, and I hope that you will extend the same courtesy to me and other people you meet.

An important thing that is a no-brainer but which I think most people miss completely: You should never consider yourself a "finished" person. We all have anxieties, insecurities, and ego issues that we should seek to work on until the day we die. You'll never be a "10." If you are resting on your laurels as a human, we probably won't be friends, and definitely will not be lovers.
