UPDATE: I'm rather socially full and busy with art/work/life at the moment. As such, I don't have much time to do the meeting new people thing. I always willing to chat and even may make exceptions for awesome people who make me laugh or inspire me or better yet both, so feel free to write.

Passionate about creativity in all it's forms and love nothing better than encouraging the same passion in others. I'm often busy with some art project or creative shenanigan as I have a solid awesome group of creative friends and have a hard time saying no to a good creative idea especially if it makes me laugh.

I'm also more than a bit of a geek and love science, psychology, user interface design, brand identity, typography, medical illustration, game mechanics, etc.

I'm an active person, a passionate cyclist, and can often be found dancing unabashed to whatever new favorite album is playing in my headphones.

I work as a web designer, web developer, and medical illustrator and fill the rest of my time by saying yes too often to ridiculous art projects, public tomfoolery, and other shinanegins

Brainstorming, encouraging creativity and awesome in others, weird logos for weird art projects, user interface design, sharing all the music/film/books/art I love (it is really hard for me to keep the favorites lists below to a manageable size).

I have a unique creative style, look good in hats, and a massive love laughing about everything including and especially myself.

Drink: water usually with a spritz of lime, Four Barrel coffee, chai tea (spicy not sweet), dirty chai, genmaicha, yerba mate, earl gray tea, PG Tips, ginger beer. On the alcohol side I tend to drink for the taste so go for more high end like Belgian beers, whiskey preferably rye (love High West Double Rye) or bourbon either neat or in a whiskey mule with fresh brûléed ginger or the standby presbyterian cocktail. Also love gin either with tonic or in a pegu club cocktail (great with Ransom Old Tom Barrel Aged Gin); also I make a mean yerbe mate mojito, and a fascinating Earl Gray Genever Martini which admittedly isn't everyone's cup of tea.

My bicycle, a couple hats or three or six, my headphones, creativity, games, and laughter.

New and ridiculous ideas for art projects, creative public tomfoolery, and other shinanegins. Whatever book I'm reading or boardgame I'm playing currently. Why such and such sign has such terrible kerning and what were they thinking with that typeface?

Laughing, chatting, and brainstorming creative schemes with friends at a favorite bar, playing board games, or home chilling with my cat to take a break from the social busy busy of Bay Area.

I'm a sucker for tattoos, short punky hair, a sense of style, and dorks.

…you have a good sense of humor, an interesting perspective on life, and view the world through an imaginative lens.

Also, if you enjoy contributing and being involved in strange art projects or other creative shenanigans, as I seem to accidentally say yes to group art projects and other forms of public tomfoolery all the time. If you hang out with me for any length of time you will likely get swept up in some of the creative ridiculousness that pervades my life.

I should note as well that as I am a passionate cyclist my bicycle is my preferred form of transportation. Whenever, I have to leave my bike at home—like when I go on dates with non-cyclists—I feel a part of me is missing.
