My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like to think I'm bit of a renaissance man but really I'm much more of a dirt road dilettante. My general knowledge is a vast shallow sea of trivia filled with lumbering leviathans of "Why do I know that!" bumping along it's craggy bottom. My family loves to play a game where they ask me really disgusting or stupid questions knowing I will have to look up the answer. It's pretty much a compulsion.

Sarcasm tends to be more a state of mind than a communication tool for me. When other kids wanted to be professional wrestlers or rock stars I wanted to be Groucho or Carson. I love finding other people who value being quick with a quip to joke with.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to take one step forward everyday. Deserts are crossed, mountains are scaled on step at a time and so is the path of improvement in life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Things I'm really good at include making you laugh, engaging in battles of sarcastic wit that lead to tickle fights, opening stuck jars, getting things off the top shelf, cracking random jokes about the world around me, I'm pretty sure I'm the evolutionary end game for cuddling, shoulder rubs that leave people unable to speak and things we shouldn't talk about till we know each other slightly better. ;)

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Favorite books: An Incomplete Education, Freakonomics, The Dresden books, Lord of the Flies, most Mark Twain, any bad horror, something with some smut in it

Movies: Everything really. Going to the movies is one of my favorite things. Top 5 tends to change but Shawshank, Cool Hand Luke, OH Brother tend to be in there most days. In genres that nobody watches anymore screwball comedies are a favorite with the The Thin Man and His Girl Friday being top of the crop.

TV Shows: Castle, Bones, Cosmo, Storage Wars, Fast and Loud, Big Bang, Dr Who, tons more

Music: It changes from day to day. I'm as likely to listen to Sinatra as Zepplin. As long as it's not modern country I'm good.

Food: I'd kill to be Bourdain or Zimmerman for a year. Honestly though I love food especially trying new foods.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Knowledge
2. Laughter
3. The internet
4. Stories
5. New experiences
6. Bruce Campbell's body of work
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The writer in my head wants to say the injustices inherit in our modern society to due to sociological, theological, and economic separations that impact life from an individual to global scale but really it's boobs. It's pretty much boobs round the clock up there in my noggin. :)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Just as happy watching a movie at home with friends as going out to bowl or see a flick. My current social life falls under that "rebuilding" header as well. LOL
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Anything really. I'm pretty much honest to a fault. My personal motto is "Don't do it if your ashamed to talk about it". General rule of thumb with friends and family is don't ask me a question unless you really want an answer.
