I am clever, creative, and curious.
My Self-Summary
Music
Composition, audio engineering, arabic and
gypsy scales, rich harmony, humour,
hand drums, playing instruments,
singing deep, keeping fit.
What I’m doing with my life
For the winter, I'm to write and record songs for a contemporary
film remake of The Threepenny Opera. Also flicking between family
and friends in hometown Richmond and DC until the New Year - then
New York, France, and eventually back to Berlin, Germany where I've
set up home.
Privately, I've recorded an album of eight Neil Young cover songs,
hopefully now mastered. I look forward to hearing what he thinks of
it.
Long term, I want to keep making music, creating beautiful things,
satisfying my curiosities and solving personal mysteries. If not a
musician, I'd be an architect.
I’m really good at
Creating solutions for unique problems, making insecure people feel
uncomfortable, bad jokes (some questionable).
The first things people usually notice about me
Height, assuredness, green eyes.
The best compliment I recall was when my first college girlfriend
introduced me to a roommate. After I'd left, the roommate remarked,
"He reminds me of Superman, that he could do anything he
wanted."
However, some people feel they need to prove themselves, getting
nervous, believing I'm judging them and that they need to live up
to my expectations. Everyone has their thing.

The six things I could never do without
Personal freedom, understanding, a partner, self-respect, laptop,
recording studio.
It's tempting to put air and water, ignoring intentions.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Music, politics, others motivations, pretty women.
Do I ever like pretty women. I believe looking at them is good for
my health. But the topic was about thinking, which looking at
pretty women discourages.
On a typical Friday night I am
It'd be unusual to quickly know which day of the week we're sitting
in.
Not much for parties, bars, clubs, loud places. More sitting and
talking, or better working on a project together. Need something
fixed? Something heavy moved? Need audio recorded?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I cut my own hair, yet it grows back.
