When it comes to entertainment, I like
stuff that kicks. Something
that will grab me by the throat and keep me interested until the
end. I can't stand "normal" stuff. Had enough already.
(a) When it comes to books I like horror stuff better, so I'm
usually going for Clive Barker(his writing is like sex with a
snake-faced angel) and Steven King(he'll build a world and then
fuck it till it bleeds meaning) and the more classical stuff, like
Bram Stoker(although he seems to be a bit of a racist...) and
Richard Matheson and so on.
Talking about reading in general, my thing is comics. All kinds of
comics from all around the world. To me, it is "studying" comics
rather then simply reading them. It is impossible to list all the
comics I like here, so I'll just list a few artists and writers
names: Frank Miller, Alan Moore, Garth Ennis, Simon Bisley, Eduardo
Risso, David Mack, Martin Emond, Tsutomu Nihei, Masamune
Shirow...
(b) I don't simply "like" movies. I live through them. That seems a
bit too dramatic I suppose, but I really can't point out enough how
much I like movies. They're as big as comics for me. So, once
again, I can't list them all (or even a small part for that matter)
so I'll just write 5: Bram Stoker's Dracula, Brotherhood Of The
Wolf, Oldboy, The Crow, Hero.....
(c) My taste in music falls mainly in the
metal category. All over metal.
Be it old school or black or goth or industrial or nu, it is all
there. So, just to name a few bands: Angra, Dark Tranquillity,
Rammstein, Blind Guardian, Moonspell, Korn, Linkin Park, System Of
A Down... Lately I'm getting into movie soundtracks so here they go
(just a few): Danny Elfman stuff, Dracula, Amelie,
Braveheart...
(d) Foood is goood. Me likes foood. With a small prefference in
green-leafy-vegetables.
