Me? Well, I am currently filling out an OkCupid profile because it's free, so why not?

Just a btw, I used to have this in hopes of finding a mate, but that's now my lowest of priorities... I am now just hoping to use this as a way to network some more friends... after all, this is Chicago, and way too large to know everyone here :P. Run-on sentence ftw.

So, what am I like?

Well, the best way to find that out is to talk to me, but most want a snippet before they get to that. So... I guess we'll attempt to get that accomplished.

My fondest desire is to live the length, width, and depth of my life.

Though I try to have some organization, I end up being a fairly spontaneous person, and perhaps one day it may lead to my combustion.

I am a rather talkative person, despite not being all that outgoing.

I skydive, I'm currently working towards my A license.

I am a musician. I play guitar, piano, and I do vocals. My primary instrument is guitar, though. I was a Classical Guitar Performance Major at Roosevelt University.

I am now a Game Software Design major at Westwood College. I switched due to my inability to motivate myself enough to become self-employed. I also enjoy math and logic problems so... it had always been something I was considering deeply.

I also do composition, recording, and I teach.

As far as music is concerned, I like everything, but I love 3 genres (in order): Metal, Classical, and Electronica/Dance.

For movies, I love all the types, I prefer movies released after 1991 though, simply due to the video quality. However, my favorite movie of all time is UHF followed by Bottle Rocket and The Matrix. I'm also fairly infatuated with Kristen Stewart, but that's beside the point.

I am a positive agnostic, with a Christian upbringing - I deviate from those beliefs pretty significantly at this point, though. I am very very liberal. I am for Gay Marriage, against Capital Punishment, and for Drug Legalization. Essentially, I am Libertarian.

I am alive, happy, and easily amused

I am going to school - as much as I can, at least. I am self-employed. I teach guitar and piano, I compose for weddings and other occasions, and I record bands for a few bucks here and there. It is important to note that I do play a fair amount of video games being as it's my major... not to mention I enjoy them. Fair warning: I play WoW.

What Do I hope to do with my life?

That I am not totally sure of. I still have aspirations on the music side. I want to have a band my whole life... but I don't think I ever want to take a band seriously again. It took too much out of me while I did it. In a perfect world, I would be one of Blizzard's Lead Programmers. But, I'll settle for programming for any other major game company.

Lots of things, but most notably making people laugh, performing, entertaining crowds, and playing/making music.

I am random, yet intellectual. A conversation with me will probably have many side tangents; however, it will be enjoyable.

For those that would observe me from a distance, they would probably notice that I'm quite social without being "outgoing." They'd easily notice that I try to enjoy every second that I live, and they would notice that it is difficult for me to not smile while I talk.

I don't much care for reading, but my favorite books would include Dracula, the Joy of Work, and Killing Yourself to Live.

For example,

most recently I have been wondering about the premonition of life equality. I believe that lives are equal regardless. However, I know more people increasingly don't believe that. I have to ask why. Sure, someone may be a bastard, an asshole, hell, a murderer, and that does not necessarily mean they have less right to live. They must be punished, granted, but why should they have their life taken away over a mistake? Their life is not over. They could change their ways.

Either out recording a band, or if it's later on in the night, I'm attempting to find an excuse to not be at my house. If it's midnight, and I'm at home, I am on the internet... If it's 2 am, and I'm not at home, I am more than likely at my sister's or Nick's. If it's 5 am and I am online... I am tired... do not talk to me, it will give me a reason to stay up later... and I already make up enough excuses as is.

There's nothing that I'm not willing to admit... Though I really would prefer if people talked to me before I just spout something out, since, you know, the majority of people read something and get completely turned off to the person before even having the chance of seeing that person's good qualities. It's unfortunate, really.
