Adventurous, silly and a fan of comedy and all things musical. I have managed to survive two minor heart attacks, and years of drug use to now be almost 10 years sober. I really find great happiness in being out and about in nature. Have spent more than 30 years studying music very intensely. I am willing to try anything and ready to explore.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently trying to figure out how to approach finishing my
college studies. I work diligently every day at sculpting music.
I’m really good at
Music (composing, scoring, engineering, songwriting)
Drawing (cartoonish style)
Pitching (baseball), billiards (of all kinds), archery, darts
Reading at breakneck speed
Getting people to laugh
Studying and research of family lines
The first things people usually notice about me
The fact that my smile is kind of crooked.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Any book that has a surreal approach. I love biographies,
and books about how things work.
Movies: I have never really been into movies. Once again anything
strange, scary. Any movie that makes you rethink how it is coming
together. Cinematography is important, lighting is important.
Shows: Late night television, Lost, Sesame Street, Game Shows
(preferably ones from the late 70's and early to mid 80's,
Music: To be honest, the list is way too long. Vic Chesnutt, Daniel
Johnston, Captain Beefheart, Voivod, AMQA, Caroliner Rainbow,
Slint, June of 44, US Maple, Jandek, The Beatles, Luciano
Pavarotti, Patsy Cline, The Traveling Wilburys, Mu-Mesons, Leo
Kottke, Lou Reed, Crawing Scrobe, In the Juice, Good Guy Blasters,
the list goes on and on. Basically all music that has some level of
truth and honesty.
Food: For me all food has to do is be tasty. I have tried a ton of
different foods and the only ones I don't like are peas, corn and
The six things I could never do without
I am pretty sure that material things aren't needed. So here is my
list of things that I need every single moment of life.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How things are hooked together.
The science of music.
On a typical Friday night I am
Probably mixing down music and getting it ready for prospective
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am a survivor of rape.
