My self-summary
I'm a traveler, marketer, consultant, photographer, creative guy
that will make you laugh. I just arrived in La Jolla, and I'm
actually working on my book of my travels. I'm very laid back
(despite being a bit of a workaholic). I'm a consultant - mostly
for marketing. I have no kids. I'd like to meet someone who's
independent, funny (or at least has a good sense of humor- 'cause I
tell jokes non-stop), and likes adventure.

What I’m doing with my life
I "Live my Truth" as they say. I'm a traveler, adventurer,
photographer, and consultant. It's the things I'm wired to do. I'm
a goofball (see pics), and I like to enjoy life... it's too short
to be miserable.
I just arrived in Austin. From my visits here, I've found it to be a laid back town, with really awesome people. I'm looking to build up a local life.. never wanted to be involved in a community before Austin. So I'm looking for cool friends, clients, and hopefully meet someone who's likeminded, likes to travel, is entrepreneurial, and something amazing can happen. But... you gotta get to know someone first, right? Coffee?

I’m really good at
I'm great at being goofy! I don't like being "normal" - I like to
climb on things, jump off of things, tell stupid jokes, liven up
the scene. I'm great at Photography & Photoshop, and teaching
people how to do those. I'm very good at learning. I'm very good at
creative problem solving. I'm good at understanding people. I'm
great at cheering people up, or coming up with incredibly powerful
solutions to problems: personal, business, etc... it's just more
creative problem solving.
The first things people usually notice about me
People often notice my looks first as I approach - I often wear
funny shirts (like one that has a camera, and says "I shoot
people"), comfortable slippers, I'm often smiling with my mouth and
my eyes. Once I Start talking they notice that I'm pretty funny,
and pretty informed about many many things... then they notice that
I can talk for hours.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
As far as movies, I'd have to say my favorite ones are:
Gattaca -- the ultimate triumph of the human soul and doing what you want.
Fight Club -- we all have that alter ego that wants to destroy the credit bureaus and give up all that materialistic crap.
Office Space - I've never been corporate. I can't take it. This movie shares my vision about the futility of the corporate job.

Requiem for a Dream (with no sharp objects nearby)
Heavy Metal
Hardcandy
TV- I don't really watch it. I like Sci-Fi, and comedy. Family guy, adult swim (especially robot chicken), simpsons (I learned English by watching cartoons, and I'm a walking-talking cartoon - deal with it). Scrubs, Gray's Anatomy (1st season- didn't have the patience after they had such a lame season finale). Sci-fi stuff! Like Heroes, The 4400 (which I shall miss. Fuck you writers and your damn strikes! You killed my show!).
As far as books, I'm a huge fan of Michael Chricton's. I love sci-fi, and I love well written books that draw you in, such as Dan Brown's novels. I spend a lot of time listening to (audio books... faster than reading, and I can do it while I drive / jog / work out) marketing books, and biographies. My recent favorites are Tim Ferriss's "The 4 Hour Workweek" and Sir Richard Branson's "Losing My Virginity" -- both of which are extremely inspiring. I like the motivational guys--- Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill (not Dynamite you dork!), Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, and so on... Recently, instead of marketing (based on my older bro's advice) I've started reading up on relationships instead: John Gray (Mars/Venus), etc..
Food- I just love food. Prime rib is a guilty pleasure. A good rich pasta. Israeli food, since I'm from Israel. I don't like salads, though I'm a lot nicer to them since I lost 28 pounds in 30 days on a raw food diet. I do like fruit. I have a sweet tooth. The massive quantities of coffee I drink have sugar in them (incentive to work out, right?). As I age I seem to like spicier food - I'm a huge fan of Thai food and Indian food. Mexican food is starting to lose the novelty- although good food is good food.
Here's a stupid video I made in 2000 - my survivor audition, done Ori style (as are clearly the photos).

The six things I could never do without
This is a lame question! I mean - you got food, oxygen, fluids,
rest, gravity, and the sun's light (we'd all freeze to death
without it).
Before putting that sentence, I had lame stuff like: internet/ipod/humor/friends/and my computer. But.... I mean.... give me a break... if I'm stranded on a desert island, who gives a shit about a computer, or an ipod... how are you going to generate power for them? We're a strong species... we adapt. If you put me on a desert island, I will make a hammock, make survival tools, try to find other humans around, make shelter, and then try to create some writing tools, and some musical instruments.
Right now, people think I can't live without my computer and cell phone-- but if I win the lottery, it's all being invested, I'm living off the internet... and good luck getting a hold of me! I'll take my cameras, and go travel the world... the non-tourist route.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
I often think about traveling and adventures -- where would I go
next? What would be cool to do? What have I not done yet?
On a typical Friday night I am
"What's typical" - *sigh* so many people used that answer, that I
have to write something more ORIginal. I'll often be working...
studying... watching comedy... adventuring.... making art...
eating... breathing...
I like to spend time with close friends and more so with the person I'm dating. So, while I'm passionate about my work, taking break to go bowling, or watch a movie, or play some board games with some friends is welcome.
I suppose if I had that special someone, I'd probably be spending a bunch of time making them laugh and forget the world exists :)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm pretty shameless- what do you want to know?
I wanted to be a veterinarian when I was a kid...
Deep beneath my goofy exterior, I do have feelings, and even a serious side.
I think I will have hairy ears when I'm old.
I can cook, but I hate cleaning.

You should message me if you like to laugh, if you think that
"normal" can be a bit boring, if you like to spend time with
someone that can make you forget about the world, like to travel,
like to have discussions for the heck of it, are intelligent (I
think humor is a sign of intelligence), have patience, are pretty,
and care about your health.
I take kindly to people that are truly interesting. I'd like to meet someone who's crazy and adventurous like me. If you and your pictures are goofy like me and mine, we'll probably get along.
