Now presented in Glorious Extra-Color!

My name is Zach, I'm a musician turned chef. I used to sing and play harmonica in various rock and blues bands throughout high school and then some. I'm a classically trained chef and I absolutely love everything about cooking and really just food in general. I was raised on a heathy diet of Hanna Barbera cartoons and old comic books. I have an incredibly dark sense of humor. I try to stay active and in at least decent shape, I love doing yoga, and eat as healthy as possible. I'm a grumpy old man at heart and already don't understand kids these days. I'm also currently playing Rocky in The a Rocky Horror Picture Show at the River Oaks Theatre, gold booty shorts and all. I have so many obscure and various interests, to list them all here would be impossible. If there's anything else you'd like to know, I'm an open book. All you have to do is ask!
