My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Heya! My name is Chris and I'm somewhat nerdy, very friendly, and often sarcastic. I like to travel, read, bike ride, and I love to cook. I support the Oxford comma, as you can see. I love meeting new people and I'm open to making new friends, serious relationships and everything in between, so don't hesitate to message me!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm an Oracle developer who works in Malvern and I recently moved to Plymouth Meeting with 3 friends, so it's a crazy new experience! I hope I can move around and find out what I really want to do with my life though. Seeing the world would be fantastic, though maybe unrealistic. I like to get out when I can, I love doing things like museums and zoos and walking around the city. I'm often cooking and I try to bake at least one new thing a week. I could wax nerdy about food and cooking for hours if you let me.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, math, video games, reading fast, listening, finding humor in everything, trying new things
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My... my stunning good looks?

I love to read, so I like a whole lot of books. Okay, some of my special favorites are His Dark Materials, Neil Gaiman, Mike Mignola, J.R.R. Tolkien, George R.R. Martin, A Farewell to Arms, Isaac Asimov, Neuromancer, Ray Bradbury, George Orwell, and Philip K. Dick (books); Memento, Minority Report, Big Fish, Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, Slumdog Millionaire, Pixar, Studio Ghibli, Coen Bros., and Charlie Kaufman (movies). My favorite TV show is Good Eats, but I don't really watch much TV. Okay, I also like cartoons a lot. I like all food that isn't peanuts, though I've been into sushi a lot recently. As for music, I like a lot of classic rock like The Beatles, The Who, Queen, and also bands like The Barenaked Ladies, The Aquabats, Reel Big Fish, The Fratellis, Jonathan Coulton, Yelle, Arcade Fire, and Lemon Demon, but my very favorite band is They Might Be Giants.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Um... my phone, my computer, my friends and family, good food, and... air?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What recipes I should try. How it ever occured to people to figure out how things work. What the hell I'm going to do for the rest of my life. How to find new people to meet.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually either at my apartment doing something like cooking dinner or hanging with friends, or going out with said friends to a bar or movies or what have you. It is not all that exciting!
