My self-summary
Ok, interview time! I mean really - that's what this is all about. It's kind of like going to buy a car, getting a job etc. Check out all the options, see what catches your eye and the go from there.

I guess if you have gotten this far, my photos have passed the visual check and now you need to make sure we have some things in common. I'm actually always open to meet people that have different interests than I do because its always a great way to learn about/experience something new. But you're here to learn about me so here goes:
What I’m doing with my life
I work teaching hours (so just a little more than part time) but I'm not technically a teacher. I'm a behavioural specialist working alongside children with special needs, their parents and the teachers. Sometimes it can be the most frustrating job in the world, at other and more rare times, it can be so rewarding that I walk around with a stupid grin on my face for a week.
I’m really good at
I tend to do a lot of sketch work and tattoo designs in my spare time and have also been told that my writing reminds some people of Stephen Kings early work. The problem is that I've never managed to finish a novel and can only draw when I'm in the right frame of mind so I've never been able to take these two things as far as I'd like. It does give me something to do in the summer holidays though.
The first things people usually notice about me
My friends usually look out to see what kind of an outfit I'm wearing that day, I change my style constantly. One night I'll go out wearing a three piece suit, the next in baggy jeans and a grubby t-shirt and then on the third night it could be tweed with a pocket watch and a flat cap. Guess I still haven't decided who I want to be when I grow up yet.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love reading anything by Herbert, King, Ruiz Zafon, Dumas and Ellory but that only names a few. I spend a lot of my free time reading and have lost count of the amount of books I own.

I also tend to binge watch tv shows that went out of fashion years before only to find that the last episode of the final season ends on a huge cliff hanger but the network who made it decided to cancel it anyway. This can sometimes result in me shouting at the television with the occasional shaking of a fist.

I love eating food almost as much as I love cooking it. I'm one of those guys who can quite happily put on some relaxing music, open a bottle of wine and spend three hours whipping up a meal that will only take 15 minutes to eat. My wok centres me. I enjoy almost all types of food but for some reason I just can't get along with mushrooms. It's not the taste, its the texture.
The six things I could never do without
A beer garden in the summer
A fireplace in the winter
A good book
My dachshund
My kitchen
The school holidays
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to survive the inevitable forthcoming zombie apocalypse!
On a typical Friday night I am
I can usually be found in one of my towns numerous pubs or bars, enjoying drinks with friends and generally putting the world to rights.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once, during a moment of pure fear and awkwardness broke up with a girl using lyrics from Meatloaf's "Two out of three ain't bad". It was a very shameful part of my past until I bumped into her years later and she admitted to seeing the funny side. The moral of the story, dutch courage does not help with break ups.
