I am hungry like the wolf, blissfully ignorant, and tossing my hair.

My Self-Summary

I am a contented and happy go lucky, easy going soul. Whether you're looking for friendship or more I'm a friendly, loyal, open and honest friend, and love to be around people who feel the same way. I'm a geek. I like to laugh a lot. I like art in all its many forms. I play music. I love to go camping, and have my own tent trailer and boat and love to spend as much time as I can outside in the summer. I like to sing and dance, but I'm bad at it (and I don't care). I'm a kid at heart so I don't take life too seriously. And that's me at my best. Me at my worst, I'm lazy, selfish, temperamental and argumentative. But I'm rarely like that. (hey , if we can't admit our faults anonymously online, when can we admit them?)

I'm a fan of body modification, I have piercings and tattoos. I appreciate the beauty of the human body, modified or not.

So that's me in a nutshell. (No, this is me in a nutshell: "Help! I'm in a nutshell! How did I get into this bloody great big nutshell? What kind of shell has a nut like this?")

What I’m doing with my life

I'm making a huge career change right now which makes me busier than I want to be, practicing relaxing for when I can actually get time to relax. Getting out whenever I can to sing, dance and meet old or new friends.

I’m really good at

Over-thinking things, under-thinking things, being open and accepting. I'm a jack of all trades master of none.

The first things people usually notice about me

Probably my stretched ear lobes, or whatever facial piercings I have in at the moment. Depending on the time of year, my hair is pretty crazy.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

(a) Cruddy: An Illustrated Novel by Lynda Barry, any book by Chuck Pahlaniuk, Skinny Legs and All by Tom Robbins, The Kushiel series by Jacqueline Carey, The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell, The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams. Anything that will hold my interest for a few pages. I've been reading a lot of short stories lately because I can get through one whole story in a sitting without feeling guilty it's taken me longer than I'd like to finish an entire book.

(b) (in no particular order) 50 First Dates. Shrek. The Big Lebowski. The Fifth Element. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. Stardust. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Requiem for a Dream. Little Miss Sunshine. The 40 Year Old Virgin. Punch Drunk Love. Juno. Anything by Charlie Kaufman.

(c) I love all music, so it's hard to pick favorites, but if I HAD to, I'd say Barenaked Ladies, They Might Be Giants, Lemon Jelly. I also like Cake, Buck 65, Blue Rodeo, Tragically Hip, Portishead, Lily Allen, Yael Naim, Gogol Bordello, and anything I can sing to or just pretend I know the lyrics well enough to sing to.

(d) Chinese food, Greek food, Japanese food, comfort food, popcorn, peanut butter & chocolate anything, cheesecake.

The six things I could never do without

1. peanut butter and chocolate
2. hair dye
3. my pen
4. a really good bra
5. my weird sense of humor
6. gum

I spend a lot of time thinking about

What I SHOULD be doing, what I WANT to be doing. Things that I'll never do. What I want for my next tattoo. Thinking about work way too much. What I should do with my hair, if I should shave my head... I swear I'll do it... One day, I'll just...(RRRrrrr) shave it ALL OFF!!!

On a typical Friday night I am

I'd love to be out dancing or at karaoke, but I'm probably at home. I'm boring.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

That I once attended a Bony M concert. I think I was the only under 30 person there.

You should message me if

Just do it!!!
