My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like to think I'm different. I have very weird tastes in nearly everything. I'm always looking to try out new things, which people say is the best thing about me (at which point I blush and say "oh stop it you!")
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Studying history and philosophy in college
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Telling stories, drawing and painting, cooking ("A man who can cook?!?!?"), making people laugh, listening to people, playing music (guitar, keyboard, drums), picking songs up by ear, writing, reading long novels very quickly (if that's a skill),
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
"Hmm, I wonder what he's thinking?". How should I know? I'm not other people!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: A Song of Ice and Fire, Dune, Dubliners, Nineteen Eighty-Four, Animal Farm, Ulysses (yes I finished it!), Gravity's Rainbow, Millennium Trilogy, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Roald Dahl books, books on music, movies and history (I'm a history buff!). Basically anything (besides Twilight)

Movies: Before Sunrise/Sunset, Every Stanley Kubrick film (favorite director), Star Wars IV-VI, Zoolander, Most Disney films, All of Studio Ghibli's films (especially Howl's Moving Castle), Most anime movies (like Akira and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time), Metropolis, David Lynch's stuff, Every Tarantino film, Airplane!, Fight Club, The Matrix, Foreign films (last one I saw was Waltz with Bashir). if I've not seen it, I've probably heard of it (not bragging really lol)

TV: Breaking Bad (Favourite show), Game of Thrones, The Wire, Six Feet Under, Twin Peaks, Community, The Fast Show, Monty Python, The Simpsons, South Park, Most anime (I especially like Paranoia Agent, Wolf's Rain and Death Note), Star Trek (Especially TNG and DS9), and much more.

Music: The Beatles, Queen, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Led Zeppelin, Beck, The Smiths, Blur, The Clash, Metallica, David Bowie, The Doors, Flaming Lips, Pixies, Gorillaz, Gnarls Barkley, Green Day, Guns N Roses, Jimi Hendrix, Joy Division, Justice, Kraftwerk, The Kinks, Muse, Nick Drake, Pearl Jam, Rolling Stones, Peter Gabriel, Rush, Yes, Sigur Ros, Smashing Pumpkins, Talking Heads, They Might Be Giants, Tom Waits, The Who, Vampire Weekend, XTC.

Food: Whatever I cook myself (like curries and bolognese), pretty much anything spicy (especially Indian and Mexican food). Usually eat at home rather than going out. Healthy stuff as well, like oranges, grapes and milk (normal or soya, drink it as much as water!). Also have a soft spot for less healthy stuff, like chips and coke.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Music, movies, books, my computer/the internet (to FIND all these things), friends, my family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My life, music (there's always a song in my head), the news, the world, philosophical things. I'm usually very introverted, so I think a lot.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either out with friends if I'm at college, or if I'm at home, reading or on the computer.
