My self-summary
I am so amazed how hard it is to meet new, like-minded people.

I consider myself to be open, thoughtful, outgoing and giving. If you'd ask my family and friends they'd say I'm smart, understanding and independent. I value all of these attributes and look for the same in others.

I have experienced a lot in my life but know there are many more experiences to be had. I am far from perfect, but strive to be the best person I can be by learning from what life brings everyday. Bring. It. On.

Oh and my favorite color is orange! ;)
What I’m doing with my life
In short, I'm still looking for my bliss. My life is great; but I still believe utter bliss is obtainable.

Work life consists of marketing which I initially got into it because of the design/creative aspects (as opposed to the sales side). I don't think my work defines me, but I do actually enjoy it - even when it's stressful. I will be making a change soon though...I am actually excited about it!

I used to work crazy hours and am now finally learning to make more time for myself. So, with all my new found free time, I like to get out as much as I can. I stay pretty busy as a result. I can honestly say that I love my life and consider myself lucky to be having the experiences I do.
I’m really good at
The details. I'm kind of a neat freak, I notice the small stuff. Would that make me a little OCD? Yeah maybe a little, but in a good, healthy way...if there is such a thing? ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
Friendly nature. I am easy to talk to, enjoy good conversation and overall interested in what people have to say.

I also hear my laugh is "so me" and somewhat infectious.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I have vowed to myself to read more for fun. No real favorites, but I enjoy fiction and biographies.

Movies, I'm the person at the theater who will laugh out loud, cry, jump, cover my eyes... I enjoy it for what it is, but also enjoy it as an escape.

Music, I love feel good music, particularly music that I can sing and dance to. (Even in/especially in the car!)

TV, I find that I like crime/spy dramas best, but do enjoy the occasional silly sitcom shows for pure comedic value.

Food, I can't say enough about it! I truly wish sometimes that I didn't get hungry. There isn't much I don't like.
The six things I could never do without
Lip balm
Good food
Sleeping in my comfy bed.

I know some people say "sleep is for when you're dead", I'm not one of those people. I get pretty cranky when I don't get enough of it. I just like and enjoy my sleep.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How massive this world is and how we're all merely a blip on the radar. So having said that, I do try to enjoy life to the fullest as much as I can. No regrets.

I tend to multi-task quite a bit, so I rarely am thinking about one thing at a time. (I am a woman after all...)
On a typical Friday night I am
I prefer to not do much on Friday nights as I am usually pretty wiped from a crazy work week; at the same time though there is always a reason to do something crazy/fun/unexpected.

Often times I am ready to do something; happy hour and good food with awesome friends and colleagues is most standard.

If a Bay Area sports team is playing though, I'm usually watching the game somewhere.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Not sure if it's "private" really, but I don't think photos of me turn out very well. I find that they rarely look like me. So I find internet dating to be a bit harsh.
I’m looking for
  • Straight guys only
  • Ages 32–42
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating
You should message me if
I'm looking for some fun, new people to learn from and get to know; no pressure of anything more unless it progresses into something we're comfortable with and wanting to see where it goes.

I'd like to find someone who can maintain a conversation, not take themselves too seriously and be in the moment. If any of this resonates with you, send me a note.

PS. Doesn't hurt either if you can watch an entire baseball game with me ;) I love my Giants!
