My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello there. I am a DC transplant working in global health at DoS. I like to do lots of things and generally up for trying new things. Mostly looking for dates/friends.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right now I work in global health on whole of government issues. Its interesting work but definitely can be frustrating.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Science, video games, baking, shoulder rubs, information sponge.
The first things people usually notice about me

Book: Way to many to decide though I just finished Terry Brook's new novel. I also find myself reading the NYTs op ed page almost daily.

Movie: V for Vendetta is the favorite, though I love that entire genra. Of course the original star wars, lord of the rings, willow, the dark crystal are all up there.

Music: the Smiths or any undergrad 80s makes me happy. I also love Pink Floyd, Tori, Damien Rice, Opera, Pearl Jam, Radio head. I really could type a list that goes on forever.

food: Sadly for my waist, I am a southern boy at heart and follow the Paula Dean school of cooking. As for favorites, most anything German for savory food and cheesecake for dessert.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
An oven

my running shoes
my iphone (this one makes me sad)
