My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm from a rural town in Rhode Island. My parent's house stands on the grounds of the 19th century town poorhouse which was also apparently a slaughterhouse because my sister and I discovered several cow-shaped "dinosaurs" when we were kids.
.

My mom's side is 100% French-Canadian. All the old people on that side would immediately switch to French as soon as they got together even though none of them were born in Quebec. My Gram/Gramps, Nana/Paps were called Memere and Pepere. I had a great uncle named Onesime (ooh-nuh-zem). We called him Uncle Lou. I speak all of five words of French. I took five years of Latin.

I love baseball. I'm a Red Sox fan.

I love the Patriots. Tom Brady is perfect.

I love making beer. I started a couple of years ago and soon I had thrown out my kitchen table and installed shelves to house all the bottles and buckets. It's a great feeling you get when people honestly and enthusiastically enjoy something you boiled up in your 700 square foot apartment.

I love the Beatles. At my dad's house when I was a kid, we would clear the coffee table out of the living room and put on records and dance. From as far back as I can remember, the combination of John Lennon and Paul McCartney's voice in harmony has sent a shiver up my spine. If you want to convince me there's a benevolent God, start with I Don't To Spoil the Party and end with Happiness is a Warm Gun.

I am the only boy out of four. My sisters and I are very different but very close.

I love being an uncle, but that's easy because my nieces and nephew are the cutest of all time. I will fight you.

I studied creative writing in college. I was also in bands. So of course I now buy chemicals for a wet wipe factory.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I make wet wipes. I am in charge of purchasing and maintaining over a million dollars of wet wipe-makin' inventory.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
making beer. Not really good, but I'm getting better all the time. Giving family and friends sound and sober advice. Excitedly interrupting you and eagerly waiting for you to interrupt me back. Always wanting to play you a song. I'm a decent fingerpicker and my voice has its moments.
The first things people usually notice about me

my front tooth gap I assume.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My capo, my parents (all four of them), my sisters (all three of them), my nieces (all two of them) & my nephew/godson (see profile pic), my friends, my chef's knife
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Being a better person.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I'm tired and usually quickly drunk because I woke up at 4:45 for absolutely no reason and couldn't fall back asleep so I went for a run up Frank Sinatra drive to catch the sun coming up over Manhattan.

Hopefully by Sunday I'm recovered and I've got a dish towel thrown over my shoulder, the iTunes turned up way too loud and every burner on the stove is going making beer and several meals for the week. As we speak I have eggplant rollatini ready for Monday, an onion marmalade for chicken on Tuesday, sauerkraut fermenting for whatever later in the week and the tripel I've been aging in the cellar for months is finally coming into its own.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I hate mashed potatoes. I always have. They make me gag. Also, I was lead guitarist and vocalist in the late great wet wipe factory band.

you want to meet someone you can cook with. You got both t's in Elliott Smith's name on your profile (this will be important later). You're a fast walker.

Oh, also, if you answered no the question about smiling at little kids you pass on the street, we may not be a match.
