My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an aspiring writer, a huge video game geek, and a bit of a book nut. I graduated from Troy University in December 2012 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Creative Writing and and I'm hoping to attend graduate school at some point in the near future.

Ideally, I'd like to be a writer on a professional level; I feel being a staff writer for someone like Wizards of the Coast or Paizo would be an absolute dream. If not that, I'd love to teach at the collegiate level. I enjoy elaborating and explaining subjects I'm passionate about.

While I am usually an exceptionally mellow and approachable person, I can be quite blunt with people when I'm pushed to be; I can only tolerate nonsense for so long. I tend to be very focused and seldom find myself scatterbrained. I like to focus on the task at hand and I like it when plans come together well. I'm a very open-minded person and I'm well informed about the things I believe.

In my free time, I'm constantly creating new things through my writing. I have ever changing microcosms and intertwined stories stored in my head and scribbled down in notebooks. I define myself as an atheist, though my personal beliefs are simply that: personal. So long as my toes aren't stepped on, I don't make it a point to step on anyone else's.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
At present, I'm a creative copywriter and marketing specialist! I work for a pretty big retailer (who shall remain nameless, but trust me that they aren't one of the evil ones) and we are KILLING IT -- due in no small part to the work I do, of course. It's a pretty sweet gig, to be honest. In my spare time I work on a few different writing projects and I'm currently re-reading Moby-Dick.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
WRITING, though I tend to be my own worst critic. I'm also pretty darn good at a few video games, which are one of my favorite pastimes.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Definitely the beard. Fluffy, shiny, and super soft!

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend quite a bit of my time thinking about my writing projects, fleshing them out and figuring out how all the disparate plots and story arcs fit together in the grand scheme. I also think about the books I've read and music I've listened to and how they've influenced my work.
On a typical Friday night I am
