My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm not Brad Pitt, and actually, I'm kind of proud of that. I'm not a Spring Chicken, but anyone who'd want to date a chicken is weirder than I'd want to deal with anyway, so that works out just fine. I have one of those sense of humor things that everybody is so jazzed about, and I'm likely to make a person wet themselves, well, on a good day anyway. I'm a big guy, not overweight per se, but hefty. But hey, why have a six pack, when you can have a keg????? So, if you like big guys with a sense of humor who are not farm animals or Brad Pitt, LOOK NO FURTHER, I'm your man!

I am Unique, Singular, and One of a Kind. My Mommy told me so.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work as Graphic Designer by day, a writer at night, and seasonally as a Renaissance Festival improvisational actor.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking and exploring new worlds: boldly going where perhaps not many people have gone before. I also am an avid collector of movies, more on that below, and a player of more than one MMO, more on that below as well.

I enjoy writing fiction, faerie tales, poetry and the occasional song. I DO have some of my music available to listen to, if you are in need of a good laugh.

UPDATE: I just finished writing a book which I plan to have published within the next few months.

Other than all of that, I am working at becoming a Zen Master in my spare time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not being Brad Pitt, but there are thousands of people not being good at Brad Pitt, and I think at times Brad Pit himself has difficulty being himself.

But I digress.

Apparently I'm very good at NOT realizing when I'm being hit on. I am told that I am good with words, but I'd suppose that that would be a matter of the opinion of anyone bothering to read what I write. I have an artistic mind, and have the ability to look at things from more than just my own point of view. I am a good listener and enjoy engaging in long, deep, passionate conversations.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm not Brad Pitt. I'm also not a serial killer. These are both good things.

I guess what people might notice is that I'm slightly taller than most people. I'm told I have nice eyes. Also, since most people first get to meet me when I'm acting at a Renaissance Festival, the first thing might be the costume I'm wearing (you can see it in my pictures), and along with that my twisted witticisms.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I have read every single story that H.P. Lovecraft has written. I'm also a big fan of Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, and Neil Gaiman.

My love of movies is overwhelming, and may be more than any mortal human can handle. Three of my favorite movies are The Fountain, Pan's Labyrinth and The Prestige. My library of DVD's is by far not the largest I have ever seen, but it is respectfully formidable. I also enjoy documentaries on lost civilizations and ancient mysteries and things like that.

My musical interests vary even more than my movie interests - my iPhone has everything from polka, to cats singing Christmas songs to Nine Inch Nails, Deadmau5, and They Might Be Giants. Indeed, my iPhone can give Cthulhu a run for his money on diving people insane. I mean that in the best way possible.

As for food, I'm a mix of gourmet and mad scientist. I've been worshiped for my Award Winning Cheesecake. But my favorite foods to nom on include General Tso's Chicken, Meat Lover's Pizza and let's not forget Chocolate Milk.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1: My brain - it's where I keep my favorite thoughts and ideas.
2: Laughter - It's like Chocolate Milk for the soul.
3: Creativity - My ideas are my children.
4: My friends - My chosen family.
5: Chocolate Milk - Maybe I'm just hungry while I'm writing this.
6: Music - The closest thing to real magic.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Well, everything, really. I often have problems getting my mind to shut down at all, which results in insomnia and a tendency to appear absent minded. At least insomnia gives me more time to watch episodes of Nova and similar programing, thus I learn more about this amazing world and universe we call home.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working on my 12 step plan to rule the world through the use of Legos and Chocolate Milk. Or playing MMO's or something entirely different. Possibly even something as wild as getting sleep early so that I can be well rested for a trip to somewhere awesome like Rock City, Helen, GA or Fort Mountain. I know, I'm such a rebel.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not really that funny.
