I'm honest, educated, fun, spiritual, and loving life! I'm comfortable with uncertainty and I try to practice being present every day. My friends tell me I crack them up, probably because I don't take myself too seriously. I prefer friends who will tell me my fly is open and who would appreciate my returning the favor. I am environmentally conscious and I love cars. Does that make me a paradox? I stay physically fit by practicing Choy Le Fut Kung Fu. I love the occasional treat, especially Ben & Jerry’s “Americone Dream” ice cream after a day out riding my Harley Fat Bob.

I am being at good dad to my daughter and growing my business. These are defiantly challenging and rewarding activities. Also learning to be single again is a another full time profession. I am dusting off my cooking skills. I am open for lessons from a skilled instructor ; ).

Listening, being handy around the house, being a dad, cooking, finding quirky movies and shows, thinking outside the box, and making people laugh. Last but not least finding trouble to get into.

My laugh and smile. Also I have been told I have beautiful long eye lashes. Never even noticed that.

Favorite Book - The Prophet

Movies - quirky comedies, science fiction, and action and adventure. The Dark Knight Trilogy is my favorite in the last 10 years.

Shows- Louis CK, Wilfred, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Falling Skies, Modern Family, Suburgatory, and Rescue Me.

Music - Chris Cornell, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Linkin Park, AC/DC, LMFAO, Black Keys, The Sheepdogs, and many more.

Food- Thai, Indian, Italian, Mediterranean, Moroccan, and I will try anything once except Rocky Mountain Oysters.

How I can practice being the best version of me mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally. If I start there I believe that I can be giving to the people I want it in my life. Living is a choice!

I will say that the unexamined life is not worth living and the over examined life is crazy making. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
