My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Just seeking my soul mate. No big deal...

I play pretend for a living like I'm still 5 years old. I refuse to grow up and will continue to have fun regardless of what you say. I stay up late and I sleep in.

I've sampled barbecue all across the country. It's also hard for me to find good Fish and Chips having spent time in London.

I love rolling down the windows of my car in the summer and blasting classic rock.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Actor - Director - Producer - Bartender - Server

I'm in your TV, on your YouTube, or at your local venue, perhaps all at the same time. I also sling drinks. My friends and I get together and produce shows.

I've been performing for a while. I tell people if you can find anything else that you love to do, go do THAT - so obviously I love to do it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-I used to play trombone. I wonder if I'm still good at it. I've been told trombone players are the best kissers!
-I sing. Dancing...I'd say I'm a "mover" more than a "dancer".
-I talk, which I don't really consider a skill, but apparently it is to some people. I find people interesting.
-Computer stuff - except for hardware. I'm cursed when it comes to hardware.
-I took leadership courses in college, so let's say I'm a good leader. Wait, I should save this one for a job interview..
-Oh, I have one! I know the difference between "your" and "you're". I know you girls eat that stuff up!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
How am I supposed to know this? Am I supposed to ask someone when they meet me? Or am I supposed to ask months later after we know each other well? And that's just one person. Do I need to ask EVERYONE I meet? Can I look in a mirror and just use what I notice about myself? I feel like I would be biased. You know what... This is gonna be a mystery. This is going to be that big mystery about me that's going to eat away at you. You're going to have to go on a date with me because you're going to want to know - "what is the first thing I notice about this guy?". You wanna find out? Sorry, that's reserved for those of you cool enough to chat with me in person!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I have to read a lot of plays, which is great. I don't know if you could consider that "books". Actually, yeah - those are books! I've read a lot of Shakespeare! I got into some sci-fi books recently: Ready Player One, Snow Crash, Ender's Game. Judge all you want, but I have a fear of ruining some of my favorite TV shows by reading the books first!

Movies: You know those movies where at the end of it you kind of sit there and just absorb what you just saw? And then you have to talk about it with other people? And maybe go look up discussions about it on the internet? I like those kind of movies.

TV: TV is the most digestible form of media. 22 minutes here. 40 minutes there. Hooray for binge watching! I can claim it all as research anyway, right? Except reality TV. I watch a lot of stuff. If there's a show you've been wanting to watch, I have the hookup. We can take the day off, cuddle on the couch, and get through a season!

Music: I'm stuck in the 90s with my music tastes. I guess it's nostalgia. I think I like things I can sing to. I also like classic rock.

I also like stuff like this:
I would make sweet, sweet love to her voice if I could. If you happen to be her, feel free to message me!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Air, water, food, shelter, and...wait, is this just a test to make sure I can count to six? I refuse to play your game!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
-I'm always looking for gigs, so that demands my attention.
-I like equality - for races, genders, sexes. As a straight white male, you wouldn't think I'd have much invested. It just irks me that people can be selfish and close-minded about such things.
-Future tech. Virtual reality is coming people! Whatever - you know you're a geek about something too!
-My family. They live far away. Sometimes I feel like I'm missing out..
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
If I'm not working, I usually make plans. Care to help?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm pretty talkative in person. You'll have to ask then!
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You think waiting for the guy to send the first message is SO 20th century!

Not looking for window shoppers. If you just got out of a relationship and are just looking for some attention, pass on by!
