Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Staying curious about the world is my blood. From taking yoga
workshops to improve my flexibility and strength to finally
enjoying the art of cooking, I thrive off of discovering new
skills. I actually started my yoga practice the hard way: I didn't
know power yoga was the hardest one and got slaughtered during my
I did eventually end up going back to power yoga, but after taking
a few slower paced classes.
Honing my kitchen skills has been a bit easier since I started with
the basics, and I'm mostly thrilled that I can finally use my
decently sized kitchen. I'm still working on my pea soup recipe,
and am happy that I'm not afraid of turning on my stove any more!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
As a native New Yorker, I can have fun anywhere in the city. I love
theater and use my TDF membership to see as many shows as I can (
Measure for Measure, A View From the Bridge, Death of a Salesman
are some of my favorites).
I have a soft spot for black and white movies, and love live music,
especially jazz (Dizzy's has one of my favorite views). And nothing
beats a walk in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Between seeing the skyline
along the waterfront, exploring the different art exhibits that pop
up or even watching a Shakespeare play, all of the different
amazing things are quintessential in making New York New York.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I've been told I make others feel at ease around me, as though
they've know me for years.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile, my youthfulness, my eyes, my petite shape, my kindness
and passionate nature.

I also enjoy The New Yorker Magazine, and The New York Times.
I also subscribe to a few on-line performance art magazines.
I enjoy all kinds of food, especially spicy. Actually, the more
spicy the better.
Movies, old and new, especially independent films. I am also a
sucker for Rom Com. Woody Allen is a favorite.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Love, family, laughter, friends, looking forward to what each day
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I never get tired of discovering new things, don't sweat the small
stuff, keep me on my toes ( literally or figuratively) .
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either taking a yoga class to unwind from the week or pursing my
knowledge of white wine.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I enjoy cutting up an apple in slices and dunking the slice in the
jar of peanut butter! The crunchy one is the best!

I'm looking for a similarly curious and cultured man who's excited
about enjoying all the city has to offer with a partner. He'd make
me laugh, make me think (I keep up with the daily news), and
doesn't sweat the small stuff.
He would, however, work up a sweat on a regular basis during
workouts, but knows when it is time to enjoy a night out on the
town, get dressed up and watch a show.
Bonus if he has a soft spot for animals, too!
