I am pretty relaxed and easy going. I get along with most people; although I am sometimes seem quiet until I really get to know someone.
I like to tease people and give them a hard time. I do a lot of things only to get a reaction out of someone else. I also think it is funny to be teased. I really value most forms of humor, and I love irony.
I also value conversation. I think silly, lighthearted conversations and thoughtful, heavier conversations which require several sentences to express a single thought are two important forms.
It seems like the older I get the more I value having my family and friends. Over the years I have accumulated a fair number of friends who I enjoy visiting and catching up with.
I spend a fair amount of time on my school work. I am a physics major. I don’t think there are many things as fascinating and beautiful as physics. I also spend a lot of time in the pool. I swim competitively.
Finally, I hate writing sentences where I repeatedly need to use the word “I.” I felt vain writing this ha. I think the above is a good, if not very specific, description of myself.

Right now I am working on a bachelor's degree in physics. I don't know what will come after school.

I want to be better at cooking...

I have some mean swagger (or at least unique swagger). In the winter time I am generally rocking a sweater and a clashing pair of dress pants. I get my sweaters at Goodwill, and I do not settle for anything less than the ugliest of sweaters. In the summer I am often garbed in a hawaiin shirt and boy scouts shorts. My socks rarely match.

books:
I really enjoy Kurt Vonnegut, or any black humor writing. I also enjoy reading thoughtful writing by smart people like Noam Chomsky or Carl Sagan.
movies:
My favorite movies are ones which offer social commentary. I also like when movies do not follow the standard chronological progression (raising action, climax, falling action, happy ending). I just think its boring when I already know roughly how the story is going to go before I even watch the movie. Neither of these things are to suggest that I don't occasionally enjoy the naked entertainment of giant robots fighting each other in some silly movie.
shows:
I don't watch much TV, but I enjoy some of the more offbeat comedies like "Louie" (with Louis C. K. on FX) or "Curb Your Enthusiasm" (with Larry David on HBO).
music:
There aren't many genres that I do not like. Good music is good music. Lately I have been having a music crush on electronic groups like Passion Pit, MGMT, RJD2, or Pretty Lights. I also like a lot of other stuff like Johnny Cash, The Beatles, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Modest Mouse, Third Eye Blind, Matisyahu, Citizen Cope and my boy, Justin Bieber.
There aren't a lot of foods I don't like either. I love Mexican food. My favorite breakfast food is french toast. My favorite snack is a pickle.
