Your Notes
Edit your notesI am love, fury, and libertarian.
My Self-Summary
Mine is patient, ever-changing, willful, drug/alcohol free for Today, philosophical, completely imperfect and a gift of benevolent circumstances.
I enjoy reading, writing, playing music, exploring the internet, discovery, trying to exercise, online gaming (as well as the host of ridiculous internet personalities that emerge on a daily basis), and anything you're into really. Show me what is new!
Three topics of discussion that I neither possess nor expect answers to: religion, politics, & sex. I'll sit with you for hours, over coffee, and tell you what each means to me and if you disagree, well that's fine by me!
What I’m doing with my life
I am signing up for classes at San Diego Mesa Community College for the Spring '10 semester. After I get my G.E. requirements out of the way, I intend to transfer to UC San Diego to work on either a B.S. in Cognitive Science or a B.A. in Philosophy
I have over 9 months clean and sober. My experiences with drugs and alcohol, though initially satisfying, quickly became dangerous and unhealthy. If you are like me, you seek balance, peace of mind, and MUST nurture your sense of curiosity. To stare into the abyss of addiction and survive demands a love of life and a life of love!
My ultimate goal in life is to observe and participate in the human experience, in all of it's depth and variety. With understanding, we find our place in nature.
I’m really good at
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Favorite movies: American Beauty, Mallrats, Clerks, Synecdoche NY, Being John Malkovich, Crank, gratuitously violent movies like Final Destination and Hostel, Cabin Fever, more!
Music: Circa Survive, Saosin, Pink Floyd, Days Away, Thrice, Chromeo, MGMT, Jimi Hendrix, Prokofiev, Mozart, coheed and cambria, Alice in Chains, Michael Jackson, literally EVERYTHING.
The six things I could never do without
2. A musical instrument
3. A sense of serenity
4. A sense of humor
5. A bottle of water
6. California Burritos and Red Sauce
