My self-summary
Think of Bill
Gates. Now take away the money, the brilliant business skills,
and replace the Harvard education with a slightly less prestigious
college. That's me.

What I’m doing with my life
Selling it to the government for $18 an hour. Then giving all that
money to a university in exchange for a scrap of paper. (It's
really nice paper.)
I’m really good at
A wide variety of interesting, but ultimately useless, things. For
example, being able to correctly estimate the number of jelly beans
in a jar, or figure out how magic tricks work, or quote relevant
lines from obscure movies on demand.
The first things people usually notice about me
My uncanny resemblance to Harry Potter.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Anything by Michael Crichton, John Grisham, or
Douglas
Adams.
Movies: Rounders, The Ring / Ringu, Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie, To Live, every John Carpenter film ever made.
Music: Everything, up to and including binaural beats and elevator muzak. But not country.
Foods: Fettucini, tortellini, manicotti, raviolli... Basically anything that ends in -i.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
The mysteries of life, the universe, and everything. What is
"truth"? Do we really have free will? How do they get Teflon to stick to the pan?
On a typical Friday night I am
Having heated debates about philosophy, current events, and whether or
not it's possible to tell the color of an M&M by taste alone.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I still play with Legos.
