Lets see, I was born near Chicago but have called San Diego home since I was 10 and I dont plan on leaving. I've traveled all over this awesome country, and so far I haven't found any place better. About 10 years ago I started my own business building cool stuff out of metal, primarily custom vehicles. I also spent a number of those years traveling all over the place with a race team, having all sorts of amazing adventures. I love a good road trip, and I have a ton of fun and exciting hobbies. You should ask me about them, I wont bite.

Like I said, I'm self employed. I mostly build custom off-road vehicles with an emphasis on racing. I've been very involved with racing in the past and would love to get to the point where I can afford to do it again. Really though I love what I do and as long as I can keep the bills paid I'm happy.

Forming metal into useful things. Fairly fast on a motorcycle. Have been sailing since I could walk, and can handle pretty much any size boat. Pretty good at avoiding trees on my snowboard while playing on the double diamond runs.

I also feel that I'm a pretty good friend and boyfriend. My mother raised me to treat people with respect, and though I'm not into any kind of spiritual religious thing, I do feel like good things happen to good people. I've had a pretty good life so far, and I'd like to think it's because I try to be a good guy, even though I refuse to finish last :-p

I'm tall and thin, whatever I figure it's better than short and fat. Getting away from the obvious things people can see I'm usually pretty shy at first, but open up quickly and have a million stories to tell.

I'm ashamed to admit that though I read a lot as a child my love for the written word hasn't really followed me into adulthood. I still technically read a lot, but most of it is on the internet researching whatever I'm working on or interested in at the time.

As for Movies, I love just about all types, and used to have a pretty huge DVD collection before they all got stolen :(. If I had to pick my favorites they would have to be Shawshank Redemption, Worlds Fastest Indian, Poolhall Junkies, Snatch, Euro Trip, Italian Job (or pretty much any heist movie)

My TV tastes are pretty varied too, everything from The OC and Greys Anatomy to Dexter and Weeds. I love my Netflix.

My Music tastes tend towards rock and alternative, but I've been known to listen to a bit of EDM when I'm working and I'll listen to just about anything besides Rap and Country.

I can narrow it down to 3. My friends, my family, and my dog. Everything else can be replaced. People are what makes life great, and without them the rest is just stuff.

Whatever my next project is going to be. I've been tearing things apart and putting them back together since I could hold a tool in my hand, and I always have something in my head....if not a few things. Currently it's the hot rod I've been planning to build for a few years now.

hanging out with friends, bowling or racing go-karts at K1, getting my boat ready for a day or 2 on the water, or on my way out to the desert for a weekend of fun in the dirt. Anywhere other than at a bar or club. Just not my scene.

I have full on conversations with my dog. Granted they are generally fairly one sided. Occasionally I'll speak for her as well as myself. It's not talking to yourself if you're pretending to speak for your dog right?

You're a fun active person. I'm a bit of an introvert, so I tend to get along well with people who are more outgoing. It'd be awesome if you were into some of my hobbies, but simply being open to new experiences is probably enough.
