I love to cook and think I'm pretty good at it. As such, I am enrolled in Orlando Culinary Academy and will be starting there January 4th. I like to cook Italian, when I actually structure my cooking, but I'm more of a fan of freestyle cooking and throwing things together until it tastes good. I've started experimenting with baking a bit, but I don't have much occasion to do it, as i can only eat so much myself.

I like to joke, and usually find humor in most situations, usually dry one liners. I enjoy online games, and though I admittedly play a lot, it's out of boredom, and I do know when to unplug.

I am a member of the SCA (sca.org if you want to know specifics). I am a heavy fighter and I cook. I also carve soapstone and cast the designs in pewter as a side project, usually at home.

I'm pretty good at general art. I prefer sculpture over anything else, clay and metal being my best mediums so far. I am an OK drawer, though I'm largely out of practice. I'm more into abstract than realism, but i try to keep it in a range that 90% of the people who see it know generally what it is.

I'm a trained bartender, as well, though I was never able to find an official job at it due to my age, at the time. I mix for my friends sometimes, and I make a damn good Mojito.

I like to write when the mood strikes (and it seems to have struck me while writing this). Some days I can write for hours, other days I sit there staring at the wall trying to think of what to write. I

Eventually I hope to move back to Chicago. Any big city (or suburb of) is fine by me, but I'm done living in small country towns.

I sometimes like to watch Football, usually if it's the Bears or Gators playing. I'd rather play it, than watch it, though. I Like to play most sports; Soccer, basketball, and even baseball, even if it is the most boring sporting event to be a spectator at.

I am a big guy. I'm 6'2" and 270 pounds, but I am losing weight and working on getting in shape. If that is an issue to you, sorry you feel that way.

I don't know exactly what I want in a partner. What I do know is that she needs to be intelligent. I don't mean 180 IQ or anything, but able to hold intelligent conversation.

Someone with an open mind. I'm willing to accept that I can be wrong, I only ask the same. Refusal to accept when you are obviously wrong is a pet peeve and a huge turn off.

Sharing a few interests is nice, but I'm realistic and don't expect someone to share all my interests.

Any other traits I usually judge individually, and can change from person to person.

Going to Culinary school in January, so hopefully a career full of travel and food.

Music, I like rock and classical, but enjoy stray songs from most the genres I can think of, except easy listening.

Food, I'll try most anything, though I don't really do seafood, strike a few, such as tuna and swordfish.
