I am friendly, quieter, with strong instincts to hear what hasn't been said. I enjoy engaging, with new people, and seeing how the interaction creates something new in the conversations we create. I am curious about everything and find myself open to enjoying the company of others but also see the benefits of time alone. I find meeting people different than myself stimulates parts of me looking for expression....I try my best to balance my external life with always having an internal focus to guide me.

I see my life as a continuous waking up to be more alive in every way I can. I have always worked with people (not numbers, not systems, not widgets) supporting them in knowing who they are and what kind of life they would like to create, breaking bad habits that keep them small and unhappy with life.....Through a counseling and coaching format, I have the joy and pleasure of being the witness to other's transformations.....it has been and continues to be a wonderful gift to have this kind of work in my life.....it helps me stay on my edge of change as well.

Listening, laughing, finding humor in most things.....recognizing other's strengths and qualities. Admitting what I don't know, what I still need to learn. I enjoy finding the words and expressions that those I speak to can hear. Being honest and forthcoming is what I try to do with people in my life.....life is too short for games and scams.....I love plants, flowers, garden paths....Japanese Gardens...Japanese Maples, creating sacred spaces, meditating and last but not least a good game of ping pong!! Being competitive is healthy.

People feel safe, supported, listened to and cared for when they meet me......because I have been a life coach these last 6 years, creating a non-judgemental presence is essential...I also can be sharp, sarcastic and challenging if I meet up with a kind of personality that is so full of themselves they need a stronger edgy provocative style. I am very flexible with communication styles.....

I enjoy a wide range of books, movies and shows.....I prefer deeper relationship development in movies.....I am kind of behind on current movies.....but enjoyed The Kings Speech and The Help from last year. I will watch anything with Meryl Streep in it. Music is just as varied.....On Pandora, I have the following stations: Ottmar Liebert, Joshua Bell, Karunesh, Adele, Paul Cardall, Bob Marley, Classical music in general, Deva Premal...I have musician friends and enjoy going out to hear live music.....
Food is food, enjoy a beautiful atmosphere to share a meal with someone from time to time.....can appreciate simply and tasty food.

Fresh air, the companionship I get from my dog, caring and love from family and friends, flowers, internal silence, music and dance.

Wanting to be more trusting, fearless and more alive everyday....I have lived the earlier part of my life being careful and cautious.....moving along the continuum to the opposite....still figuring out what that looks like......

After a week of work.....some form of relaxing....sometimes alone and sometimes with friends, difficult to pinpoint "typical" for me.....life is changing all the time.

I wish I was more confident to sing.......I enjoy it but only feel comfortable singing with a few people who know me very well.
