My self-summary
Fun-loving, eccentric redheaded Alaskan-Californian boy, I guess the quick an easy summary would be; born in Washington, raised in Alaska, educated in NorCal, Corrupted in SoCal and learned my manners in Texas. I'm a pretty laid back and low key individual, but that's not to say I don't know how to have a good time.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now, I'm planting my roots here in SoCal. Not long ago I moved back from Texas while working for a high profile film director based out of Austin. So now I am happy with were I am and not planning on uprooting anytime soon. I make my Benji's doin special effects, however I am also fascinated with other facets of Feature Film that I'd like to explore. I'm also figuring out how I can spend the rest of my life in a Corona Beer commercial.
I’m really good at
Well for one Art, how else would I get paid for it. I'm also one of those rare creatures that are both equally artistically and technically savvy. I tend to be a fast learner, there really isn't anything that I am not afraid to learn, well except for bareback great white shark riding, such fickle creatures! There are other things just they don't come to mind in my inebriated state at midnight.
The first things people usually notice about me
The Red hair, some think I look like Conan O'Brian, I honestly don't see it at all. But I guess all gingers look alike! Maybe my height, I'd consider myself tall at 6'2" but seems that becoming the norm these days. Hmm maybe by bizarre sense of humor.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I have too many favorites to mention. I don't often get to read much because I go narcoleptic if I do, but I am found with my nose buried in a book of interests, guitar building (lutherie) is the current flavor of the month.
Movies? Dear god man, thats gonna take too long. I have favorite movies spanning the whole spectrum of celluloid. Kung Fu movies, Movies so bad their good, If you didn't like Army of Darkness, stop reading this right now, and move on. Most of all i like movies that never leave anything left to be desired. Being a VFX artist I am a connoisseur for vfx, but not at the expense of plot, story, acting, and dialog that reads as if it was written by a fifth grader. (No offense to any fifth graders, I am sure there are some well versed in the English language)

Music is another broad spectrum of taste. I like anything mellow from ambient trance, to Metal, to classical guitar. Some worthy notables are: Johnny Cash, Rodrigo Y Gabriella, Gypsy Kings, NIN, Sublime, Slightly Stoopid and to get my island fix some Jack Johnson or Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole. Also Mindless Self Indulgence rocks the monkey's ass!

Food, well as of late I am really trying to get into a health kick, emphasis on the word "trying". I dunno what triggered it but I watched a slew of documentaries on food and what insanity our food industry is doing to us and our environment. Because of all that, I'm trying to push myself closer to a organic vegetarian lifestyle, which has been proving to be a PITA trying to kick old dietary habits.
The six things I could never do without
Uh hmm .. Oxygen, definitely can't breathe without it.

A sense of humor, sometimes all ya need is a good laughin'

a flux capacitor and a delorean capable of 88mph.

Good people, that are their with ya during the good times, there for ya during the down times.

Large body of water for which can get a paddle on, preferably salty and some good swells.

and most importantly french tickler!! Like a swiss army knife, you never know when your going to need one.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Probably Bill Murray, but what would be the point? Even if we traded brains, I'd still be me and he'll be him, but I'd be him but me and he'd be me but him and all mass hysteria would break and everything would be futz'd up, cats and dogs sleepin' together, mass hysteria!
On a typical Friday night I am
Here in my room wondering why I'm not doin anything typical on a friday night. Probably kicking it at the media center in downtown Burbank.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Hmmmm well If I told you it wouldn't be private anymore, now would it.
You should message me if
heheh why do I need to supply a reason, if you want to message me then do it, don't just sit there, just do it, do it now!!! ;-p
