My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an old-fashioned romantic waiting for my love to find me and sweep me off my feet with 'a good heart, soft touch, fast horse.'

My fortune cookies peg me well:
"You will travel to many places."
"You find beauty in ordinary things, do not lose this ability."
"You will always be surrounded by friends when you need them."
"You love life very much."

I am an All-American girl: my roots are in IL, I was raised in NH, I went to college in PA, and I've branched out to live in GA, MO and hopefully someday Hawaii and the Wild West. :)

I am falling more and more in love with small town life.

I'm a sucker for blue eyes. ;)

Deeper thoughts:
Part of my heart is desperate to care for others, the other part longs to compete with them...

I have been heart-broken...and am healing. By God's sufficient grace, the support of my loved ones, and counseling this is being I can fully love the one created for me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.

I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
reading maps, designing spaces, dancing by myself, speaking gently, listening intently, being filled with wonder

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
This was my initial response when thinking of 'things':
1. softlips
2. my truck
3. contacts
4. my Bible
5. my camera
6. my music

This is my thought out response after seeing ppl list all things in life. haha. :
1. God, 3 in One, and all that He gives us
2. People I love - fam, friends, students, etc
3. Ability to create
4. Freedom to travel
5. Sleep
6. Chocolate :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
things I'm going to create, places I'm going to travel to...including my road trip to Alaska! I also find myself imagining how to take control of disastrous situations if they were to occur...isn't that more of a male train of thought? hm.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
working, hanging with friends, or curled up at home reading or watching a movie... I know this sounds like a 'typical' answer, but it's what life is presenting right now. Eventually I'd love to have a Friday night tradition, like possibly experiencing new foods, new films, and dancing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have the need to: watch the Christy series about 2x a year, listen to the POTC soundtracks about once a month, and delay re-watching my beloved LOTR extended edition films until just the right setting presents itself.
