Well heres a little about me…. My name is Danica, (YES, like the race car driver) I consider myself a typical 20 something, juggling work, play, and a few classes in there somewhere. I work a full time job and a side job a few weekends a month. So I guess you can say I am keeping myself pretty busy. I just keep moving...Always forward never straight...

My full time job is with a Telecommunications company in Dallas. I am a receptionist/dispatcher for the Service department. I also work at a local florist in HEB on the side. I do a little bit of floral design and a little bit of office work there. I consider it more of a hobby then a job.

But besides that, I also enjoy traveling I haven’t been any where new in a while, but I am planning a trip very very soon. I like to see places rich with history and fun facts to learn, and I know I don’t even have to leave the country to experience it. Any getaways a good getaway in my book.

I am sports fan, not much of a player, but I’ll try anything. You can catch me at the bar or in front of my TV during basketball season, especially during the playoff. I also really enjoy Hockey or Baseball, but I prefer to attend those games because its just more fun live. My favorite teams are the Mavs, Stars and the Yankees. (Sorry Rangers, I love you but I am a Yank at heart)

I love to be with my family or friends. I am the oldest of 4 in a close Italian/Irish family. We moved here from New York 18 years ago. I have many of the same friends from high school and Jr high.

When I have free time you can catch me out at local bars with my friends or Downtown with my Girls just having a good time.

I am not really sure what I am looking for from this site. Maybe some new friends to hang with at the bar or BBQ with…Or maybe a date for Friday night, grab some dinner (I love sushi Italian and Chinese and coffee)… OR anything in between. I enjoy chatting with just about anyone, so hit me up. I’m sure there is something we can talk about.

Creating floral arrangements. I worked at the florist for 3 years before moving to every other weekend. I am still learing but I can pull together a pretty nice mix flower vase. Not that it really matters to you "men", but on the plus side I hate Valentines Day because of it!!! Hate it with a firey hot passion!!!!!!!!

I am also good at cooking, but its a lot of work! My mom has shown me a few tricks in the kitchen. I make a mean chicken parm.

I guess i am good at seeing the lighter side of life.

My hair! Everyone always whats to touch it because its so curly and crazy! Its ok i dont mind. ;P

Then I guess my name, because its soo different. I have only meet one other me...all the others I know about are famous.

I dont really have a favorite book, anything about an epic struggle. I liked Harry Potter, but also enjoy books like A brief history of the world, ( which explains how the world was created and talks about space and stuff like that) Or East of Eden which I am reading now.
Movies are hard too, I like anything, but horror movies. I will watch them, but the lights have to be on. Music, i like some rap,but mostly rock or alternitive. But I can listen to almost anything. and Food, well I love cooking but if i could only eat 1 thing for the rest of my life it would be Sushi. My mom makes the best italian food, so i know some secrets there...but i can make pretty much anything.

Going out with Friends...Maybe seeing a new movie or hitting the bar. During the Summer time, I'll be grilling it up!
