Hypothetically, if you had an unwanted child on the way, what would you do?
  • Abort it
  • Give it up for Adoption
  • Keep it regardless
Despite being given choices for this question, being a guy it really isn't my say on it.

However, for the girl involved, I would want her to follow her own belief system. So, if she felt abortion was alright and was an acceptable option for her, if she chose to abort then it would be fine. If she felt abortion was alright, but did not personally believe it was for her, then I would probably be disappointed in her if she aborted. Of course, that is not because she aborted, but because she compromised her own beliefs.

If you were in a committed monogamous relationship, but had the opportunity for a one-night stand with the most attractive celebrity in the world, would you take it?
  • Yes.
  • No.
This one is interesting but only because my wife and I each have a "Laminated List of 5." Basically, it is a list of 5 celebrities (minor or major) that, given the opportunity, it is perfectly alright to do whatever you want with them so long as safer sex practices are used.

I set up my account on Feb 5 or so, I don't remember when exactly. When I sign up for things I generally do so as quickly as possible, then fill out the details later. My life is sometimes hectic and I may need to leave on short notice, so it works for me. When I set up my account I left the field for relationship status blank or on its default. When my profile was viewed it said I was single [and looking for friends, not dating]. Five to ten minutes after I set up my account I received an IM from a girl in my area. We chatted for a little bit then she asked for my pic since I didn't have one up yet. I asked for a few minutes to find one and the only pic I happened to have is the one on my profile during the reception of my wedding. She asked "So you got married, huh?" and I responded "Yes." and she restated her question as "So you are married?" to which I also responded "Yes." She said something to the effect that I am a jerk [and I seem to recall a color metaphor in there as well] and closed the IM window. I was disappointed.

On another disappointing note I IMd two girls tonight, one of which accepted the IM then didn't respond for several minutes before she closed the window. The other, I assume, did not accept the IM.

Despite my profile saying I am "Available" I am not particularly looking for a relationship outside the one with my wife. She was pushing me to find a girlfriend for a while but after much consideration I decided I am.. content with where I am right now. If someone comes along who piques my interest, great, otherwise I am looking for someone with whom to chat or be friends with in person.
