So, I am getting close to finishing the tracking and mixing for my sophmore solo effort and it is a wildly different romp than the first disc.

Whereas the first one (Professor parkinson's "Hail, Seizure!!!") was more on the heavy, crazy, weird, Mr. Bungle-esque tip, with lots of blast beats, heavy metal grunts and screams, and some bossa nova and funk thrown in arbitrarily, the new one is more earthy and "listenable" by a wider demographic, without being COMPLETELY DUMBED DOWN... I hate dumbing things down for the sake of commercial success.... In fact, commercial success nowadays just measures how far you have gone in selling out, in my humble opinion.... (For the most part , of course. There are no absolutes...)

So, yeah... if you all want to get a sneak preview of SOME of the music from the new album... it's up on my myspace.. along with more pics and random blogs from back whe nI used to write my "stream of consciousness" stuff when I was bored...
