Well, I'm poor at introductions. I'm anxious, but about nothing in particular. I love being around friends. I lived in Austin for 3 years and now that I've moved back down I had to leave most of my friends up there, so I love when I get to drive up and hang out, have a few drinks and just chill the whole weekend.

I've been told I'm funny, odd at times, and quiet (but you'd never know the last one unless you met me in person, I'm rather talkative online). I love being sarcastic.

I like video games, books (any genre, as long as its interesting), good movies to watch and bad movies to mock.

I love to cook, but I am also lazy and procrastinate, so it usually takes some work or a party to get me to cook. But when I do, the result is delicious.

Living at home currently, because the rent's free. Working for my parents' small business. Its an okay job, but I think I'd rather find some place else to work this summer.

Mainly, I'm just trying to figure out what I'm going to do with my life. What I want to be. Some people have this figured out when they're 12 years old. I'm still working on it.

Learning alphabets and languages. For a little while my college major was German so I know that somewhat. I took a course in Hebrew a while back; I can still read the lettering but I've forgotten most of the words. Took a course in Ancient Greek and can read the alphabet fine and still remember the words. I just enjoy language.

Game playing, which is a fun and sometimes impressive but otherwise worthless ability to have. I pick up new games easily.

I look pretty goofy.

books- what I like to read has changed much lately. I'm really into Kurt Vonnegut right now, and I'm reading/listening to lots of Garrison Keillor. Also, pretty much any audiobook I can get my hands on. Still a fan of: The Mouse That Roared, the Nibelungenlied

movies- Fifth Element, Star Trek IV, Galaxy Quest, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, anything Eddie Murphy did in the 80s (Coming to America, Beverly Hills Cop, Raw, Trading Places, etc). 10 Items or Less. Groundhog Day. Kung Fu Hustle. Grosse Pointe Blank. Duck Soup.

music- my favorite music spans a couple different genres. 80s New Wave, classic rock, Hair Metal. specific favorite artists: Pink Floyd, Talking Heads. David Bowie. I'm also coming to terms with my love of pop music lately. If its Pop, from whenever, I probably like it and am not proud of that.

food- I like to cook. BBQ. fry. I love to eat things I make myself.

Future conversations. You sound a lot more clever if you already know what you're gonna say but in a situation where its usually improv.

hopefully out doing something, but more often than not I'm here. On the internet. I hope to make more local friends soon, so I don't have to be a homebody on a Friday night.
