My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
About me, mostly east coast style -- spent 7-years in Philadelphia followed by most recently 2 more in Manhattan. I've always admired people that just take the leap to a new city/new adventure -- then I decided that I want to be one of those people. So, as of June 27th 2015; after finding a great opportunity in Los Angeles, here I am.

I'm a doctor, medicine trained with additional training and specialty in infectious diseases -- it makes things days chaotic, periodically exotic, and on the great days inspiring.

I enjoy movies, from the classics to the next Marvel-blockbuster. I'm also a big hockey fan; bonus points if you haven't picked a favorite team and are open to suggestion. Other than that, I run three times a week and enjoy rooftop bars, wine tastings, and have a few surf lessons on the resume.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working hard doing the medicine thing -- so spending my days saving lives, running at the gym, and exploring the restaurant and wine scene.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Multi-talented and a quick learner -- still really good at Super Nintendo.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
A bit of wit, charm, and a great smile
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I grew up watching Top Gun. Some under-appreciated movies that I like: Zoolander, Gattaca, Stardust, and Zombieland.

Television: In search of a new series -- previously: Big Bang Theory, How I met your mother, Community, Scrubs, and Heroes

Books; some classical literature, but also a fan of Enders game, Malcolm Gladwell essays, and recently Chelsea Handler -- one of the reviewers had written "she's like Judy Blume, if Judy Blume were into vodka, ecstasy, and sleeping with midgets and nineteen year olds" -- and I thought that's just my sort of humor.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I'll list things that make me happy. I'm listing more than 6 -- because I'm a rebel like that.

good friends
family holidays
my cell phone
sneakers/running shoes
A glass of red wine
A mimosa and eggs benny during weekend brunch
hockey night
a chai tea latte in the morning
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to find the best rooftop bar in LA, the future, vacation plans, and how my headphones get so frustratingly tangled every time.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Open to suggestion; a few recent weekends have included a combination of: Drinks, karaoke, fancy-dinner party, and Star Wars movie marathon.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hmm, well, during meetings the last few days I've been secretly clicking through "quickmatch" to stay entertained.
