I am a complicated person. I tend to over think things. I want to be spontaneous but tend to plan things to the detail. Some days I feel older than dirt, and some days I can't believe I am the age I am.

I'm a mom, with all that that entails. I am a caring individual and have been told that I should put myself first but don't.

I like coffee and chai, dancing and computers. And as strange as it may sound I really enjoy working.

Among the not so interesting I have held a couple of unique jobs in my life. I used to work as a Costumed Historical Interpreter... fancy wording for I dressed up and taught people about history in the middle ages. It was my dream job incorporating history, drama and teaching. I still enjoy going to medieval activities with various groups in the area, like the SCA although I don't get out as much as I would like.

Along those lines I like to sword fight and used to be pretty good. I own a spinning wheel and know how to use it, and I made my own chainmail burney.

I also, at one point, worked at a community theater and loved it. Drama is something that I can get lost in. Becoming a character and donning a new personality is something that can give you a high like nothing else, but like anything additive it can also be bad in that sometimes it is hard to set aside that character when it is time to.

I really like computers, learning or figuring out new programs seem fun to me, as long as I can do it at my own pace and don't feel pushed.

I think I am a good combination of butch and fem. but you would have to judge that for yourself.

What am I doing with my life, good question. Once my youngest child is in school full time I would like to go to school myself. I love the theater and will probably get a useless degree in that field, but also do something practical in the business management area. But as of right now I work at a resort in Island Park. I love the area it is beautiful and very peaceful, and that is what I need in my life right now.

Some of the authors that are on my shelves are - David Eddings, Elizabeth Haydon, Terry Brooks, J.V. Jones Anne McCaffrey, Elizabeth Ann Scarborough, and Connie Mason, among some many others.

I like tons of different music from Bach to country to dance, Really depends on my mood and where I am but when I am up singing I love Patsy Cline, The Judds, Alanis Morissette, Taylor Swift, and Cher.

As for food I love pasta, carbs, bring them on!! A really good salad with your own homemade vinaigrette, pizza, sushi, really when it comes to food I'll try anything once.

I think about the future, and how i can get to where I want to be. People from the past and where they are now.

On a friday night I would love to be out dancing and haveing a good time, but usually I am at home with a movie and my kids.
