My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Have you ever followed the thread of a thought as you're drifting off to sleep and come up with a clever solution or perfect thought. just to have it fade from your mind when you wake up and be just a memory of a memory? Yeah, I had that with my profile so while I don't know what I wanted to put I know what I had wasn't it.

Too bad too, it was fairly brilliant.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right this second I'm editing my OKC profile, but that accounts for less than 1% of my time. I am a hacker (not a cracker), a developer and a Staples cashier and I'm quickly discovering that I just don't care much about money. Once my needs are met I'd rather have my time. Now if only my college felt the same...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Today I walked away from my post and spent about half an hour teaching an elderly lady how a computer worked from the CPU registers up. So that's two things I'm good at, at least.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I get a lot of comments about my smile and teeth. Kind of creepy when its coming from a complete stranger on the street but I take it as a compliment.

I don't even remember the titles of most of the good books I've read, just the bad ones. But I could fill a library with them! I lean more towards science fiction, fantasy and technical books than anything else. I also enjoy telling stories and have been told that if I were to ever write them down I could make a mint, but I just can't manage to make myself commit them to paper.

As far as movies go I appreciate a level of realism and human emotion in my action and horror movies. Though I'll readily forgive scientific missteps for the sake of a strong story I feel like with a little effort those missteps can be avoided all together.

I've been to a few opera's, plays and live musicals. I'm sick of the Nutcracker, but I've always enjoyed Hamlet, Barber of Seville and that one Italian one. You know what I'm talking about, right? Good.

My musical tastes can be summed up as lyrical with a beat. SoaD, Serj Tankian's solo stuff, Biting Elbows ( you really should see their music videos for The Stampede and Bad Motherfucker, they're brilliant) and similar upbeat sounding songs with dark meanings.

With food I have only a few stipulations. I don't like cooked fish oil (raw fish is A-O-kay), I don't like spicy to the point of needing water between bites and I like my food to already be dead. Otherwise I'll try most things without hesitation.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The six things I couldn't live without are my mind, something to write on, a way to communicate, my glasses/contacts, my family and my friends.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I like to think about thinking. Metathinking. I suppose its akin to turning a mirror onto the thoughts themselves. I also like to think about theoretical ways to make the world a better place and how to close the gap between the theories and reality.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably out with my dad and/or a few friends. Sometimes doing some innocent board games, sometimes giving out free drunk-hugs at a bar.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am a gamer. Not to be confused with a player, mind you.
