I am, first and foremost, a Christian, and committed to my beliefs. Secondly, I am a geek, and proud of it. If neither of those things turn you off immediately, great! (and please keep reading)

Just because I'm a geek doesn't mean I'm antisocial. Far from it. I make friends easily and have no problem introducing myself to new people. It does mean, however, that I'm REALLY interested in my interests. These interests, while of course encompassing traditionally "geeky" topics (fantasy, science fiction, technology, video games and board games, etc.) also include many "normal" things like sports, politics, literature, movies, music, hiking, and more. I have a car and a great job as a computer technician at a small company. I also have a bachelor's degree in computer science, and am bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

I regularly attend Church services with two different congregations, one a small non-denominational Church, and the other a larger (~2000 members) Baptist Church, where I play bass in the praise band. I am also involved in the AWANA Children's ministry there, since I really enjoy working with kids, and hope to raise some of my own someday.

I am interested in finding a woman who is upfront about how she feels rather than try to guess it (most likely incorrectly) based on subtle hints. Likewise, I'm upfront with my emotions (some might even say blunt). That said, if I know how you're feeling, I can be very sensitive, and a good listener.

I'm very loyal, and trusting almost to a fault. I'm looking for someone who's a Christian, intelligent, sophisticated, and, while she doesn't need to share my geeky tendencies, needs to understand and accept that they mean a lot to me.

Oh yeah, I'm also left-handed.
