My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Bitingly funny without being (too) mean, kind-hearted and down-to-earth guy looking for someone to share a laugh or two.

Theater and movies are great as is exploring the city by foot or by bike. I love baseball AND Broadway -- sitting on the third base-line or in prime orchestra seats sound equally fabulous to me.

I've lived in NYC for 19 years. While I can't imagine living anywhere else, I think it's good to shake things from time to time; whether it's joining the NYC Gay Men's Chorus 13 years ago (at Mom's suggestion...no really) or playing in the gay softball league the last two years, I try to do something out of my comfort zone now and then.

I would love to find someone who shares some of my interests but can also show me new and different ways to enjoy life. Basically I'm a work in progress who likes his comforts but knows there's so much more out there.

I'm a great listener so I'm not afraid of chatty people (as long as you're interesting). Quick wits and cool conversationalists jump to the front of the line.

Family and friends are the most important things to me and l'm looking for someone to bring into my circle.

The rest we can play by ear.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently I'm a college advisor in a public high school and for the first time, maybe ever, I love what I do. It has its highs and lows but it can be extremely rewarding and it is never boring.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh, listening, making gazpacho, making conversation, finding spelling/grammar errors in menus. I also have a mind like a steel trap -- if you tell me something, don't expect me to forget it.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My glasses. My smile. That I look younger than my age.

You tell me :)

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Humor, family, friends, honesty, air conditioning, a good cup of coffee.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
what's next.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
out to dinner with friends, seeing a show, or whatever it takes to decompress from a long week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a huge grammar nerd.
