My self-summary
I often say, "Nailed it" when life hands me a little win, usually accompanied by an ironically cocky shrug. #Naildit

I have a twitter, but I haven't used it in a while. I post occasional Facebook statuses that I think people might find funny. You should ask me who Santa Bob is.

I have the biggest heart of anyone you'll meet.
I lived most of my life in Orland Park, then moved out to Elgin, IL where I lived for 2 years, and now I'm living in Rogers Park until the summer.

Shout-out to all the people who came here from my roommate OrigamiDreams's profile.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a huge a cappella geek, and I studied music production. My dream is to sing in a group full-time. I'd also love to work in a studio.

I just joined Voices In Your Head from the University of Chicago. Here's a video of me doing perc for the Michelle Branch classic Everywhere:

Here's Titanium:

I also co-founded a pro-level group called BeatVox. We competed in the Harmony Sweepstakes a cappella festival this month, and I was given the award for Best Original Arrangement for our version of Come Together.
I’m really good at
Singing, a cappella arranging, ukulele, guitar, bass, beatboxing, wiffleball, making pizzas with pizzaz, making bad puns, laughing at bad puns for longer than they deserve, planning out how I'm going to devour large meals when I have the munchies, getting lost while walking through the ghetto, etc.
The first things people usually notice about me
It's either how tall I am or my voice if they hear me sing or talk.
The six things I could never do without
My brain, it's what keeps me entertained all day.
My computer, and access to the internet.
My recording and notation equipment and software.
My phone.
My musical instruments.
Cannabis.

Also, that Thrift Shop song. "I'm gonna pop some tags!"
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Music, what motivates people, what the next week of my life is going to bring, sharing love.
On a typical Friday night I am
Working, riding the train, or on some sort of singing adventure.

Or getting down, with Rebecca Black.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I eat my Ritz crackers in a rather bizarre way.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 18–24
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating, activity partners
You should message me if
You're honest about the way you feel.
You could talk about music for hours.
You want to sing duets, especially A Whole New World.
You're bored in the middle of the night and want to talk to someone. I'll be up.
