My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Where to start? I'm a great guy and a fun individual, and gosh darnit people like me.

I have a bunch of interests in life, and am looking for that special someone to share them with.

I'm pretty much an open book, so if you'd like to know anything, I'd be happy to tell you. I'm just not too good at putting it in this format...under this pressure. It's overwhelming!! How do you all do it?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work so that I can play. If you can't enjoy life, what are you going to do?!?

I have a great job that allows me to have fun. I love getting outside and playing and enjoying sports. It's great to get out and be active.

I play in two softball leagues during the summer, and play Ultimate Frisbee a couple times a week if I can. I really enjoy getting out with friends and having a good time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Hmmm...what to say, what to say. I'm good at a great deal of things. ;)

I love to cook and would really enjoy having a restaurant.

Did I mention I love playing sports? I try to be pretty good at that too.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!

Wow, where to begin?!?

Books: I love a great book. I've read a bunch by Grisham and Crighton. I also love non fiction books. I just picked up JFK's 'Profiles of Courage' and plan that to be my next read.

Movies: I really enjoy great movies. I like most genres, except really graphic horror. Not a fan of being too scared or grossed out. I love romantic comedies and most chick flicks....I know, I know...but I also love action, drama, comedy and suspense as well. Comic Book movies are a favorite. There is just something about going to a midnight premiere showing of a big summertime blockbuster!! I try to see all the Oscar Best Picture nominees before the awards, and am working on seeing all the AFI 100 greatest movies list.

Shows: Oh how would I survive with out my DVR?!? I like getting out and doing so many things that I rarely have time to watch a good show when it airs. But I love to catch up when I'm winding down for the day and relaxing. Some of my past favorites have been: The West Wing, Entourage and The Sopranos. I enjoy well written and acted shows, whether it be drama or comedy. Some more recent are: How I Met Your Mother, Dexter, Mad Men, Rescue Me...and Glee. (Did I just admit that?!?)
There is also a good chance of watching the Food Network, History Channel, or almost any sporting event...even the Women's World Cup.

Music: I love love love music!!! Most anything other than hard rap or a majority of country. I listen mostly to 80s, The Beatles, Classic Rock, and newer popular music. I'm really enjoying Adele's 21, Mumford & Sons, Muse, The Black Keys as of recently. I just enjoy great music.

Food: I love to cook and go out and try new foods. I have a very small list of dislikes, and will usually try anything once. I love to Barbeque and Grill...and yes, those are two totally different things.

3. College Football
4. My Kids (this is in no particular order, and you should not infer anything from the fact that I listed 3 things before them *Jedi Hand Wave*)
5. My family
6. My character

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life/Nature/Universe in general. I love how everything fits together if you ponder it and question it.

Oh, and Sports and Women and Food....
