I am creative, innovative, and unstoppable.
My Self-Summary
Hello, my name is Drew Beaumier and I am unstoppable. There is no
obstacle too large that my imagination cannot conquer. I very
recently moved to California from Ohio after attaining my bachelor
to pursue my passion, film and video production. I'm a couple
thousand miles from home and looking to make friends or perhaps
something more. If you would like to check out my work it is
available at www.DrewBeaumier.com.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently I'm trying to make contacts in the film industry. They
said after film school that if I wanted to make films that I needed
to move to California. I'm supporting myself with a decent
bartending gig at the local John Wayne airport. I am waiting for my
big break to move into Los Angeles, but right now I am very
comfortable living in Fountain Valley with my overly friendly and
considerate housemates.
I’m really good at
In no particular order. Writing, directing, dancing, photography,
drawing, comedy, fighting, loving, running, swimming,
procrastinating, storytelling, driving, acting, sex, inventing,
building, designing, repairing, spinning.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes or beard... they are right on my face and hard to miss. My
eyes like to change colors from blues to greens and sometimes grey
which has always been entertaining. My beard establishes my
authority as a dominant male.
Personality wise though I think people pick up on my relaxed
persona as well as my dark ability to find comedy in about any
situation. They also seem to place more trust in me than usual for
someone they just met. I suppose its because I am very honest and
real and those traits are pretty apparent in conversation. I am a
realist dreamer, that shit is complicated.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I'm not good at this game...
I can eat almost anything.
I'm very open to music, but I don't follow it too often.
I like anything rock, from heavy to classic, but mostly
alternative.
Movies are a delicate subject and I could spend forever talking
about them.
I don't read good. I like books but I think I'd enjoy them more if
they didn't take so long to read.
The six things I could never do without
Air, that's a big one.
Food and water come to mind.
Certain members of my family and of course my friends.
Not having art would leave a large gap.
Finally love, because its all you need.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My stories and projects. The inevitable zombie apocalypse. Science
and technology. Women and sex. Psychology and philosophy. Food and
sleep.
On a typical Friday night I am
At home. I haven't made very many friends in California yet so I
spend lots of time catching up on writing and movies. I would like
to find someone to venture out with and have new experiences and
adventures.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
Private.... I don't keep very many things private, I'm not very
easily embarrassed. I believe I am meant to do great things and I
casually see into the future!
You should message me if
If you enjoy talking about or participating in the fine and
performing arts than I'm sure we could find something to discuss.
However message me just to message me. If you think we could be
good friends or possibly more than the only way to find out is to
click on that message button and find out.
