What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working full time and going to school part time trying to maintain a 3.0-4.0 gpa(I'm knocking out my computer science degree bit by bit and should be finished soon but not soon enough).

Earlier this year I went to my first ever Sci-Fi/Fantasy convention and had a blast. Now I'm trying to see how many I can attend in a year. I've attended two so far with plans to try to attend 3 or 4 more during the year.
(Spooky Empire's Mayhem you're up next)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Drowning by kayak (I should have asked that guy if he wanted the bottom of his houseboat cleaned)

Running when chased

Driving in Reverse

Remembering things. I've got a memory like a sponge, it just absorbs everything it sees (this comes in handy where I work and at school).

Trivia games... I've been told I'm an Encyclopedia of Useless Information

Taking things apart and putting them back together again
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My height- I'm 6'3"
My eyes- they're blue

Don't have a favorite book but I can name some I have read or am currently reading

Two books I'm reading at the moment are Code: the Hidden Language by Charles Petzold and The Pragmatic Programmer by Andy Hunt and Dave Thomas.

books I have read in the past consist of Less than Zero and American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis, The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z by Max Brooks. A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson. I also read a bunch of Stephen King books when I was in high school such as The Stand, It, Carrie, Misery, Christine, Cujo, Dolores Claiborne.

I also love to listen to classic radio shows especially those that delve into horror/suspense/sci-fi. They really spur my imagination

Favorite movies:
I like a variety of movies from comedies and horror to sci-fi and cult classics and action-adventure movies.

My favorite horror movie of all time would have to be Halloween(1978)- I'm also a big fan of the Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street movie series. The Evil Dead series(gotta love Army of Darkness) and Hellraiser. (there is more to this list but I can't list them all)

Cult classic faves are movies like Attack of The Killer Tomatoes(I love singing the song to this movie), The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Big Trouble in Little China, Office Space, The Last Dragon, Flash Gordon, Assault on Precinct 13(What can I say I'm a big John Carpenter fan) and Silent Night Deadly Night II.

TV shows:
That's a long list as well I've got favorite shows going all the way back to the 80's if not further (some of them likely never heard of by some people) but I can list a few current faves.

Burn Notice, Big Bang Theory, Dexter, Doctor Who, Bates Motel, NCIS, Law and Order SVU, Psych, (these are just some current favorites, honestly I don't watch much TV these days due to not being home much)

A classic tv favorite of mine is The Twilight Zone (Rod Serling was a genius)

"Do you like Huey Lewis and the News"

My music collection ranges mostly from 80's-90's techno, pop, and new wave. I'm not real big on the stuff out there nowadays. It just doesn't interest me enough to earn a place in my music collection. Many years ago I used to DJ and I amassed a huge CD and Vinyl collection.

Nowadays my music selection consists of whatever I have on Slacker, Pandora or my USB flash drive.

There are several different foods I like, I'm normally not picky(The spicier it is, the better it is)

One food I can particularly say I don't like is ham.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My glasses (I'm damn near blind as a bat without them)

My family

My friends (Without them I wouldn't have had all the exciting adventures I've had thus far in life.)

My laptop (It goes everywhere with me only because I'm in school)

My cell phone

And the basic things for sustaining life
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My Mom, Dad, and Grandma and whether I'm the person they would've wanted me to be.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working, working, and working(I can't remember the last time I had a Friday off unless it was during vacation)

If I'm off I like to hang out with my friends (maybe having a drink, maybe doing something goofy.)
