...Back in the day when things were so much simpler....when guys and girls got together so naturally and easily, like Segal and Streisand in the "Owl and the Pussycat"...or MacGraw and O'neil in "Love Story"....but hopefully not so... "on again - off again" like
Ross and Rachel.

Now look at us, things are so hurried, so forced and so viral !!! ...Here we are in this "Online Candy Store" so busy, cherry picking, scrutinizing and pre-judging one another, all the while expecting to find someone that is 100% exactly what we desire and fantasize about !!!

When we were younger we seemed to understand the concept of compromise, acceptance and seeing the good in a friend and we didn't feel so compelled to "Not Settle"
So here we are as we are getting older, bound to ideas like
"There is so much more on the line now"
....so
"I have to stick to my guns" and only allow that 100% person (in)

The reality is "Time is marching on" and we are still sleeping alone!!!

This is just some thoughts...in the middle of the night....
