My name is Eric, and I'm from Elkhart, Indiana. I consider myself fairly laid back and easy going. At heart, I am a romantic, its what I do. I'd take a hand drawn picture or poem over an expensive gift anyday. As with all people, I've been through quite a number of trials through my life but have tried to look on the brighter side of things and learn from them.

I have a few years of college under my belt, I've gone to IUSB and Purdue university, studying Psychology. However, I've recently had to take time off, but definitely planning on continuing my education.

As far was what I enjoy doing, I basically just love hanging out with my friends,watching basketball and football, board games, playing sports, reading, and watching good movies.

I'm looking for someone who is mature but also can be silly, fun, and who likes to laugh a lot. I am also looking for someone who can have fun without drinking. Not that I mind it but I quit drinking and do not want someone who thats the only wag they can have fun.

Right now I am working full time with plans in the future to finish up college.

I'm not the type of person to hype myself up, but I do love to play sports and stay active, playing basketball, baseball, tennis, ect I'll do anything though as long as there's someone to do it with

The first thing people usually notice about me has been different depending on the person. Some people, its my eyes, for some its my smile, I guess it all depends on whats important to them. I will say that after getting to know me, people usually know I'm just a genuine person who would do anything for others :)

As far as books, I my two favorite books are Sophie's World and The Perks of being a Wallflower, I could read those over and over lol. And Harry Potter of course.

As far as movies, my favorite ones are The Prestige, The Painted Veil, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Fountain, Grandma's Boy, Super Troopers, Get Him to the Greek, ect. Anything that has a great story line, I'll watch. Oh, I also love Scary movies ;)

As far as music, I could make a whole book about my favorite bands because I love all kinds of music. Generally I'm more of a rock person, and the only music I can't really get into are Country and the newer rap. Some of my favorite bands are Incubus, Foster The People, Imagine Dragons, Awolnation, Rise Against, Something Corporate, As I lay Dying, Linkin Park (old songs), Dashboard Confessional, Ray Lamontagne, and ton's of others.

Six things I could never do without...lets see.

1. My mp3 player
2. A deck of cards (I love playing cards)
3. Someone to talk to (unless I had a volleyball..Castaway, anyone? lol)
4. Paper and a pencil
5. Humor, I love to laugh
6.Oxygen...its pretty important :)
