In my spare time, I love to write and I'm working on my 3rd novel. When I'm not writing, I'm visiting national parks and hiking with my dogs and my DSLR. I love landscape photography.

Anton Troia was a former Emergency Medical Technician, and studied electronic engineering at DeVry University. He was born and raised in New York City, where he still lives with his two audacious dogs. Anton always found NYC to be a strange place, but he hopes that will change someday.
Anton's stories warn about the dangers of technological progress. His stories take place in future societies that are plagued by technological induced traumas, which affect the ecological, political, social, psychological and physical contours of modern society. Anton's novels are usually dominated by monopolistic corporations, authoritarian governments, and scientific dictatorships.
Anton's thematic focus strongly reflects his personal interest in metaphysics, theology, philosophy, and social commentary--always wrapped in a tapestry of fiction of course. Anton instills the paranormal element into his science fiction as well, albeit in a very indirect manner, with covert, but artful insinuations. Most importantly, Anton will always delve into the ongoing tug of war between science and ethics, and he has a knack for seamlessly weaving historical fact and mythology.
As you can see, I find a lot of things interesting. I am never bored! :)
