41 y/o bbw who is owned by 4 cats. I started life in New England and then moved to Kentucky when I was 10. College was spent in sunny Florida where I got a degree in physics that I do not use in my day to day life. I have some regrets but don't we all. I am very out-going and love to make new friends. I am in an open/poly FMF family.

Right now working as a business to business collector, and in this economy it has been a bit hard. I have lasted through 5 rounds of lay-offs and the sale of the business.

On the personal front I am trying to get out more and just be. I have been too isolated in my life and desire more friends to hang with. My new years resolution for the past 3 years is to be more active in all parts of my life.

In 2011 becoming more active meant that I joined the Y and starting taking better care of myself. I have found some exercise that I *gasp* enjoy. It has gotten to the point where if I go a couple of days I even start to miss the movement. In 2012 the exercise slacked off. Now in 2013 I am back to the gym and having a good time with it. Not at the Y but Planet Fitness now.

For 2013 I want to get out more and experience FUN! Movies, sports, entertainment, nature. I want to find friends and get out of the house more.

Seeing the good in most things. I have been called a Pollyanna which I do not see as a bad thing. It helps me get thru the tough times. I am also really good and striking up conversations with total strangers almost anyplace.

I try to not pick favorites. I enjoy reading and watching sci-fi/ fantasy books. I have a hard time watching movies that could happen in real life. Example: Seven was a great movie, but I can never watch it again. I think I could live on pizza alone if I had to pick one food. I can listen to most anything except for most rap and country. And even then there is some rap and some country that I like.

Right now working through Supernatural (up to season 7). 2 shows that I am watching right now are Go On and Grimm. We got rid of cable/satellite and now watching more TV. It helps that we have a Roku box with Hulu and Netflix to be able to watch when we have the time.

My cats, my family, My sense of humor, diet coke, money, my net connection.

Right now it is about the changes at my job and how things are going. The economy and if my family is going to make it.

Going to dinner and a movie. Or hanging out online listening to Pandora and chatting. Maybe you would be someone who could help me get out of the rut and out doing other things? I like to go places, but not so much by myself.
