I'm an extremely loyal person. If you're close friends with me or a family member, I'll be there when I'm needed without fail-- and for life.
I have a bit of a Peter Pan complex. I feel the key to a long and happy life is the ability to stay young. It's very ironic and sometimes can dangerous way to live life though. There needs to be that fine line you can walk on of never wanting to grow up, but still be a grown up and take on the necessary responsibilities of life as one gets older.
I don't take myself too seriously-- sometimes. I look at myself and see two sides: the 9-5, 40 hour a week person that has goals, responsibility, ambition, and needs to be serious; and the other is the night and weekend person that loves to laugh, see humor in anything whether it be myself or a bad situation that can make it seem like there are worse things in life. Laughing and having a good sense of humor can add years to your life.
Life is too short. No matter how bad you have it, someone probably has it worse so be grateful. Look at the positive side and don't dwell on the negative. Don't hold grudges and live life without regrets-- it'll get you further in the end. I have an uncanny ability to have a short memory. I've been known to get into arguments and be laughing with the person a half hour later- sometimes it's not worth it to be any other way.
I'm looking for someone that can go with the flow, but still have a purpose and a plan written in pencil and not pen. I've learned that in life, it's exactly like a GPS-- constantly "re-routing" but still manages to get you to your destination. She should love to laugh. I'm no comedian, but I like making people laugh. She should love to look good while going out on a Saturday night, but can be content with putting her hair up and be confident with herself in sweatpants on Sunday morning. And lastly, just have fun whether it be watching TV on a random Wednesday night or doing something new and active.
