Personally - trying everyday to do one thing better, and be the
best damned uncle I can be to my little nephew.

recipe development, or hosting a wine dinner, always trying to work
on and learn something in the process. I've achieved my goal of

someone to cook using a certain technique and then seeing them use
it later is such an awesome feeling. I'm an avid gardener and have

food ( food science, recipes, new cuisines), though I do read stuff
