Okay, so I'm rewriting this. I'm starting to think this online
dating thing doesn't work, so I'm going to try it a little
differently. Instead of pussyfooting around and trying to make
myself sound interesting, I'm going to just blatantly state who I
am. If anyone is interested, then I'd like to hear from you.

I am a dork. I can't stress this enough. If that's not your thing,
then keep searching. I like video games, books, and comic book
characters. I love movies; I'd go to the theater or rent every
night if I could!

I love having intense intellectual discussions with people. I need someone who is smart enough to discuss and share with me. I'm also extremely open-minded. One of my greatest abilities is to be able to see just about any situation from someone else's shoes. It makes me a great mediator and listener. I'm definitely one of those people that friends come to talk to about their issues.

I have a very varied sense of humor. I'm very often silly and
goofy, but also can be very dark and sarcastic. I like a lot of
taboo humor; the things that most people would never normally say out loud. Sometimes I say things just to see the look on other peoples faces.

I'm very clumsy. I can't really dance, and refuse to even try 90% of the time (lots of alcohol needs to be involved). I'm often shy, (and possibly a tad bit socially awkward), although I do think I've improved quite a bit when it comes to this.

I love meeting new people. I also love trying new things; I would try just about anything once. I can't understand people who refuse to broaden their experiences, even refusing to try a simple new food. To me, the whole goal of life is to experience, anything and everything.

I consider myself agnostic. I usually don't bring this up till later, (I'm usually a bit weary about offending or pushing religious people away), but this is a dating site right?! If you have a problem with it, then you should know right away, and not much later. I'm pretty open about religion and what not. I'm not necessarily opposed to dating someone who is religious; just as long as that person isn't looking down at me for my beliefs or constantly trying to preach to
me.

I can be very affectionate. I love to cuddle and kiss. A great date to me would be cuddling on a couch, watching a movie.

I finished my BA in psychology. Unfortunately I decided to go to school for something that really interested me, instead of something that was really going to get me somewhere, so until I figure out exactly what im going to do with the degree ( either try to find something to use it for, or more school), im working as a supervisor at HEB.

Ive never been one of those people who NEED to do something spectacular with their work life. To me, work is just a means to an end. Hopefully ill find myself a career where i can make enough money to live comfortably but it will never be my main focus. Life is about experience and family and people, not sitting in an office.

Im a really good listener. Im the one people usually come when they need someone to talk to. Im open minded so people dont have to watch what they say or feel awkward telling me anything.

Sometimes im good at making people laugh or making people think, as well.

Ive also been told im a really good kisser. not making that up :)

Books- I usually read sci fi, and fantasy, but I do read a lot of other random fiction as well. Some of my favorite authors are anne rice, Segei Lukyanenko (you know, Night Watch, Day Watch, etc), chuck palahniuk, Neil Gaiman, Tolkien, Vonnegut, etc...

Movies- Im a big movie person. I love watching pretty much any movie but here are some of my favorites. Fight Club, Memento, Scott Pilgrim, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Interview with the Vampire, Queen of the Damned, Amelie, Underworld, Dawn of the Dead, Shaun of the Dead, 28 days later, 28 weeks later, Fantastic 4, Spiderman, Spiderman 2, Spiderman 3, Batman movies, I heart huckabees, Lion King, Aladdin, Cellular, American History X, The Bird Cage, Xmen, X2, Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, Alien Ressurection, Predator, Predator 2, AVP, Waking Life, Life Aquatic, The Thing, Garden State, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, 300, The Fountain, V for Vendetta, Watchman, Iron Man, WALLE, and lots more.
(ps this list of movies is very outdated but i havnt had time to fix it. Maybe soon)

Music- I listen to a lot of different stuff when it comes to music. I tend to stick a little more closely to different types of rock like metal, punk, alternative, indie, classic rock, etc but I do listen to other things as well.

EVERYTHING. Im one of those people who youll see sitting by themselves sometimes just thinking. Im an introvert at times, and I have a big philosophical side. Theres nothing like having some close to you to sit and talk about the world with.

Out with friends. Maybe seeing a movie, maybe a bar? , Or maybe in with friends.
